Downstairs is a separate living room with 42" TV and DVD player with a selection of DVD's. We also have a large living kitchen with modern units, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, large dining table and sofa in bay window. The kitchen is fully equipped. WIFI is available throughout the property. The flat is accessed via a shared hall way then up one flight of stairs only servicing our flat. At the top is a landing with plenty of room for coats, boots, shoes etc before you go through the main flat entrance door. Please note there is no pushchairs storage downstairs in the communal hall so flat is best suited to children school age and above. We are approx. 100metres from the beach so nice and handy. Sandsend is a pretty North Yorkshire fishing village with a few pubs, restaurant and a shop. Ideal for family beach holidays or romantic holidays relaxing and walking!
