Very welcoming and friendly person on reception on arrival who took the time to chat and give recommendations of where to visit
Bathroom had a strange musty smell and the radiator could have done with a clean - no lamp or bed side lights in the main bedroom.

The site is in a great location and nice and quiet. The caravan was spacious for 4 of us and very clean and comfortable.

Staff were friendly
Cleanliness could have been better, the smell of the accommodation was awful, had to open all windows and spray air freshener in all rooms, most uncomfortable sofa I've ever used. I specifically asked not to be next to dogs and there was one in the next caravan, started to get ants coming in on the floor and kitchen worktops, was given some Nipon Ant killer spray, explanation of the resort and accommodation not very clear, I was expecting a balcony with furniture and was told by staff it wasn't in the Superior models. I will not be staying at the resort again.
