Pe intreaga perioada a sejurului nu a venit nimeni sa schimbe lenjeria, am sunat noi pentru sapun si consumabile la baie, doamna de la receptie s-a comportat de parca noi îi eram datori cu ceva, in loc sa spuna miltumesc pentru suma incasata comparativ cu serviciile oferite. Pentru 1700 € platiti, nici cafea nu am avut, am cumparat noi.

Location was great. Quiet and secluded. 5 minutes from beach and promenade with further 10 minutes walk to the harbour with bars and restaurants. Accommodation was pristine, spacious with lovely terraces and pool area. Laundry and kitchen equipment was excellent. All but one of the beds was very comfortable with nice pillows and lightweight duvet. Taxi's are non existent so walking is best option. 15 minute walk to Aldi supermarket. 30 minute walk to Desenzano train station. All doable if you are fit and able.
Check in was terrible. Was told there was self check in - there wasn't. Had to wait over an hour in heat with suitcases for the reception to open. I had already explained at time of booking and then days before we arrived that we would be there early and could we have self check in information. No one replied and they were very abrupt and dismissive when I called to ask what we should do. No where to leave cases and no communication from hotel staff. We were a family of 4 and the apartments are all 2+ bedrooms and you only get allocated 2 sun loungers. Strictly no sitting on empty sun loungers even if there was no one occupying the accommodation. For the price you pay, you should have adequate pool seating. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was incredibly noisy. Banging and clanging all night. I wore ear plugs and they still disturbed me. My husband and kids were not so lucky so sleeping was difficult.

Only one set of keys so all family had to come home at same time as needed key card to enter gate
