Travelling to Madeira and staying in this place was one of the best trips of my life. The staff was always in touch, very polite and really willing to help make the rest as comfortable as possible. Our flight to Funchal was in the late evening, also delayed for 3 hours, that is, we landed in Funchal around 2 a.m., but the staff asked to let us know when we would be indoors to make sure that we got inside. Upon arrival, the small surprise was waiting for us, and it was pleasant. It felt like we were waiting and appreciated here. The apartment had everything we needed. The location is unique. There are shops, pizzerias, cafes, restaurants and bus stops. I fell in love with this view from the balcony, and started every day in Funchal with a cup of coffee, enjoying the view of the ocean. I plan to come to Funchal next year and stay here again. I recommend it. Thanks to the team for taking care of the guests and wanting to make our vacation the most comfortable.

Beutiful balcony and interior garden
They changed the owner and the logistics were really bad. They contacted us 3 times before arrival. In addition thay asked to fill in a form to choose the arrival hour which is minimum 16 (PRETTY LATE). Once arrived the person who was supposed to meet us was not answering, instead they created a new chat with another person to come meet us. This person was late of 15 min. Once arrived at the appartement it was still not ready so only at 16:40 we were able to have the apprtement for ourselves.
Others: stains on sheets, sofa not comfortable at all, the appartement is up the hill so difficult to reach by wall
