It was a comfortable studio on the 6th floor of an apartment block., with elevator. Good location, easy walking distance to Esplanade, restaurants & shops. Washing machine available (on balcony). Decor: Purple. Kitchen came in handy.
The entire apartment can do with a thorough spring clean.

On est dans un immeuble. Pas inintéressant pour comprendre comment vivent les Albanais. Pas trop "atmosphère vacance" peut-être. Néanmoins, très bien pour y dormir et faire son petit repas soi-même. Le lieu est très touristique (local) mais le petit centre ville a quelque chose (un peu trop clean pour nos goûts).
Il faut peut-être mieux loger à Lin.

L’appartement est très bien situé .
Il est équipé du nécessaire .
La personne avec laquelle je devais communiquer via whatsApp ne répondait pas rapidement
Il y avait un long délai d attente , des réponses par onomatopées ou il vous téléphonait une heure après alors que vous êtes au volant de votre véhicule ….
L appartement à 17h n’était pas prêt à notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre 1 heure dehors après 5 h de route . Bref …
Ne vous attendez pas à ce que l’ on vous saute au cou …..

Convenient location, quiet neighbourhood
We enjoyed our stay, but we wanted to clarify the layout and size for future guests. Despite the description explicitly stating there is "1 separate bedroom," the entire property is actually a single open-plan studio where the bed, seating area, and kitchen are all in one room. Additionally, the indoor living space felt smaller than the listed 52 m², which likely factors in outdoor balcony space.
As a practical note, the shower curtain in the bathroom is too short, which unfortunately results in puddles of water on the floor after every shower.
It is a nice place, but the listing is misleading if you are specifically looking for separate rooms, a larger indoor layout, or a fully functional bathroom setup.
