About this house rental
Located in Edina, this charming house for $112 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. You’ll love the spacious, comfortable atmosphere. The main floor includes kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms (one with a queen size and one with a king size bed. There is also a quiet sitting/reading room. The owners live in the lower self contained unit, they access the unit from the backyard. There is easy access to highway's, many shopping centers including Mall of America, MSP airport and downtown Mpls. Its a lovely area, large trees, parks nearby, walking trail and a lake within walking distance. There is strong wireless internet available. We hope you enjoy your stay and find our home as comfortable as we do. We ask that you leave socializing and partying elsewhere, therefore: - Keeping any visitors to a minimum, preferred registered guests only. - Not for parties or events - No smoking - There is a cat that lives with the owners in the lower level unit. Prior to your arrival, we will send you an email with information about how to access the home. You can arrive at any hour.

We were looking for a place that was centrally located with a homey feel and this worked great for us. We stayed a week while my wife recovered from surgery and there was penty of space for both of us to enjoy peace and quiet.

This home is in a great location for visitors to the Twin Cities who enjoy a quiet location. The desirable neighborhood and well appointed home made for a delightful stay.

The property and our stay were amazing. Everything was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had so many essentials that it was easy to cook away from home. Lee was very helpful and answered all our questions quickly, and even provided a list of things to do in the area (and close grocery stores). The location is also fantastic, really only 15 minutes from anything we wanted to do. We stayed 4 adults but I would say this property could also easily host a family with kids. All in all it was a great time and I would highly recommend this VRBO!

We had our floors refinshed and needed a home away from home. This home was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked. Lee was a great host!

Cozy, well-equipped home on a quiet street. Comfortable beds. Nice view from breakfast niche. Gracious, accommodating hostess. Very much enjoyed our stay. Only downside was distance to shops, but that wasn’t an issue for us as we had a car. Would definitely stay there again.

In Minneapolis-At. Paul area on a road trip to visit family and friends… Lee’s property was so comfortable and convenient to many locations in the Twin Cities. And it was an entire house! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We highly recommend this comfortable, clean, quiet and beautiful cozy home to anyone with plans in the area. Thank you!

Lee was so nice & thoughtful! A basket of S’mores stuff was left out in a night we might want to have a bonfire. The plants, both inside & out are beautiful. Yummy bread & jam & chocolate were left on the table. Lee lives downstairs so communication was quite easy.

This house was perfect for myself and 3 family members attending a wedding in nearby Mendota Heights. Beds were. Clean and comfy, kitchen and eating areas were just right and it was nice to spend the evening's end on the small deck overlooking the yard. House was convenient for shopping runs yet neighborhood was quiet.

The home had absolutely everything we could possibly want/need. It was quiet, safe and very comfortable. We felt welcomed and the host was amazing throughout. Recommend this VRBO - kudos to the host and the lovely home.

Located in a very quiet, well-kept neighborhood, this property was perfect for our visit -- halfway between the two sets of relatives we were visiting, and easy access to everything. The house was immaculate, our host was warm and friendly, and our stay was lovely. The loaf of sourdough bread and raspberry jam the host welcomed us with was a delight.

We had a very pleasant stay in this fun 1950's house - lots of charm and antiques. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location allowed us to easily visit our daughter and family.
The host was very helpful and checked to be sure we had what we needed. In addition she provided information on nearest grocery store, how to operate various things in the house. etc.

The house is very well kept and a comfortable place to stay. The yard is a beautiful view from the deck, the kitchen and dining room windows. The grill was a wonderful addition on a warm spring evening. The hose of this house is a gracious and delightful person who is helpful and intent on helping your stay be the best possible.
