Location, location, location. Close to the Interstate with access to everything - yet quiet, and secluded. A beautiful area. Although it’s a no-touch facility, the staff are quite available, and very reactive - ready to help, as needed.

It felt kind of empty at times - but I know there were other people from the cars parked in the underground, safe, enclosed garage. I think most people will find that an advantage. You feel the place belongs to you.

Instructions for Keurig seemed to assume the machine was empty of water. It wasn't. So my hot cocoa overflowed - luckily not also overflowing the catch tray (which I emptied and cleaned). Either staff should make sure Keurig is empty or instructions should be modified.
