Terrible smell

The good things: a beautiful sea view and swimming pool, the presence of a pool, a fairly clean complex area, and the beach is nearby.

The downsides: the apartment is clearly very old. There is no extractor hood or proper ventilation in the kitchen area, which leaves the entire room filled with an unpleasant smell — a mixture of grease, cooking odors, and stale air. The odor seemed to originate mainly from the kitchen area, making it almost unbearable to use. Sleeping was also difficult: with the windows closed, you were trapped with the smell, while opening the windows meant dealing with cigarette smoke and noise from neighboring apartments.

Ужасная коммуникация и стремный район

Подземная парковка, наличие всего необходимого в квартире (плита, стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина и мобильный кондиционер). Бассейн.

Хозяин не дал никаких инструкций по заселению, кроме номера «менеджера» и указания связаться с ним за 30 минут до заселения (впоследствии это затянуло наше заселение на несколько часов). Парковка была в другом здании и идти с вещами было неудобно. Мы изначально планировали приехать к 21:00, но из-за отмены планов мы связались за час с «менеджером» но нас не были готовы принять раньше в 18:00, так как номер не был убран и готов к нашему приезду, хотя заселение с 15:00. В самом месте проживания невозможно самому найти вход, проход к квартире и лифтам, ключи находятся рядом с квартирой, а там везде нужно прикладывать брелок чтобы зайти в лобби и так далее, поэтому приходилось ждать других людей чтобы пройти. Сам район и люди вокруг были неприятными, было очень страшно там находиться и выходить на улицу.

Zwembad, en uitzicht op zee , en dat ze het goed probeert voor te laten komen eerste indruk Er is wel veel aanwezig Er werd nog een oude mobiele airco gebracht die eigenlijk vreselijk in de weg stond, maar de intentie was goed bedoeld

De afschuwelijk dun opvouwbaar bed, Klapstoeltjes die niet goed waren. Dingen die al stuk waren en uit elkaar vallen voordat je het aanraakte Dan later gedoe krijgen over armbanden die je nodig hebt voor het zwembad. En er staat op een A4 dat als je ze kwijt of stuk maakt 50,00€ Moet betalen. Trap er niet in ! Maak een foto. Bij vertrek! Werd eerst beschuldigd dat er 1 kwijt was Bij vertrek de vraag krijgen hoe laat je uitcheckt Terwijl je het aan Manager zegt (dag ervoor), en vervolgens van de eigenaar nog eens moet melden, dit loopt niet synchroon Parkeergarage een regelrechte Horror Dik 1400 meter lopen! Geen gebruik van kunnen/willen maken Helaas mijn verwachtingen moeten bijstellen ivbm met gebruik van mijn vervoer.
