Location of the hotel on the beach , The size of the room and the amenities are very good and well maintained .
Staff are very helpful and friendly.
The selection and Quality of food is really average and they need to offer better choices , variety of international cuisines .
Besides that language is a challenge , mandarin or Cantonese is a must as not many people understand English .
But staff is very helpful and understanding.

The beach is close to hotel and open 24 hours.
When I first arrive and about to check in, the staff told me that they haven't received any booking from me. It's definitely a communication issue between booking and the hotel. After 20 minutes, the staff manually checked with booking and found the my order from booking. It's an unpleasant experience and luckily it was solved finally.

part of dusit group so look forward to dusit service and standards
property is tired , needs better maintenance and upkeep of facilities. Obviously more a local domestic clientele hotel than for international travellers. Would do better to be more dusit in style and service delivery. Why is the rooftop pool closed and lobby lounge so unwelcoming to international / non domestic clientele
