The staff was very accommodating. It was my partners' birthday and the decoration for our room was perfect. She definitely felt special. So an unforgettable birthday weekend for sure.
The location is perfect, food was delicious.

Location on the beach and friendly staff, nice breakfast. Liked the secured parking space, although expensive.
A five-star hotel should make you smile the moment you arrive. Here, our first thought was, “Are we sure this is the right place?” The rather dated exterior and the surrounding apartment buildings create an underwhelming first impression. While the interior is an improvement, it too feels like it’s waiting patiently for a makeover.

Location is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Elevator was very dirty. Room was comfortable and clean.
Food was very below par. Very few options for kids. Hamburgers were very undercooked and had to be sent back. Inedible. Second portion was not much better. Not the kind of quality you would expect from a five star hotel.
Tomatoe soup tasted like it came out of a tin. Very disappointing!
