Brilliant location
Quiet but within walking distance to all the attractions and eating places
Very good breakfast and warm and friendly owner who offered free access to tea, coffee and snacks all day
Easy parking on the street
AC was not as effective on first day probably due to extreme heat and fridge was not cooling drinks as expected, however the owner kindly permitted usage of the big fridge in the staff room.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. Clean and cozy room, nice breakfast, central location - around 5minutes walk to the beautiful old town of Lecce. The host Daniele is very kind. Will definitely book again.

It was a great location, located just outside the old city centre, it was a quiet street but close enough to all the fun the city has to offer. The host was amazing, from good service to even better gelato recommendations! The breakfast buffet was a winner and offers a wide variety of local delicacies.
The bed was slightly on the harder side

Daniele was most helpful and accomodating . Room was quite small as expected for a B&B. Property was clean. Bathroom may need to be updated in the near future. Breakfast was wonderful. A great selection of food and each morning we were provided with a special sweet from Lecce. Parking was good too.

Although nothing happened I felt a little insecure walking the streets to and from the property at night.
