About this house rental
Home is in excellent condition and has public water & power. House has a private pool with a waterfall. Rincon and its surrounding beaches are in great shape. We are a 2 minute walk to the beaches, and the marina where there's fishing charters, restaurants, paddle boarding, horseback riding, a dive shop, snorkeling, and surfing.. The grounds of house have lush tropical landscaping, privacy wall, and gates.
A short 3-minute drive will take you to the local grocery store that is well stocked with everything you would need while on vacation and if you head towards Sandy Beach from the house you are just minutes from the romantic Rincon Puerto Rico Light house with a new outdoor sunset bar and the famous Marias Calypso Restaurant
You can Surf the famous breaks of Puerto Rico
and walk to Tres Palmas & Steps beach where you can lie on the beach and enjoy the snorkeling.
The house has three floors with 8 bedrooms in total. Main house has 6 Brs, Downstairs apt has 2 Brs. Main house has 5 Brs on top floor and 1 BR on main floor(Queen Bed) - The 5 Brs on top floor are as follows- 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size, 2 rooms with 2 Queen size beds and last room has 2 full size bunk beds. The downstairs apt has a separate entrance with a king size bed in one room and a queen bed in other. If you don t need the downstairs unit we can offer a 10% discount off the daily rate
***N0 PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM OWNERS, 10 PM NOISE ORDINANCE IN EFFECT
*** House can sleep up to 23 people, If you have more than 16 guests we will charge you $50 per person per day
*** We have 4 exterior cameras on the property. 1 facing east , 1 on north side, 1 on west and 1 on the south side
***Catering services available upon request, any outside catering or contractors must be approved by owners

Absolutely loved our stay at Pura Vida in Rincón, Puerto Rico! The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We brought our tattoo shop crew to this beautiful spot in Rincon. We loved the walkability of it to the beach and our party was able to easily access restaurants and other amenities there. The pool and outside space was also wonderful and definitely used often with our large party. We did also do the pig roast and that was an awesome addition to our last night, the host was great and helpful throughout the experience.

The villa was spotless on arrival. The people in Rincon were so friendly and genuinely nice. The food all around the home was fantastic. Everywhere we ate, the food was not average but amazing. The taqueria and brazillian restaurants by the weekly Thursday art fair were incredible! It felt like a safe place to travel and everyone in our group had a great time. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The pool area was outstanding and provided a great space to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. The kitchen was fully functional and well equipped, making meal preparation easy and convenient. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels and linens available for everyone in our group. Overall, the property offered excellent value for the money, and we would gladly stay there again.
