This was my second time in Barb's place, and I loved this space as much as the one I was in last time (there are a few units in the house). She is a wonderful host, very responsive and welcoming. The location is fantastic--a couple blocks from South Beach. I would absolutely stay here again.

My husband & I stayed recently & had a great time for our first visit in South Haven! We already decided to come back next year with our kids & my parents. We really enjoyed The Taste (get reservations, go early or wait for a late time. Crescent Moon is an awesome local clothing shop. We tried out Six Chicks Scratch Kitchen on Friday am. It was a long wait (longer than promised) and even longer to get our drinks, food, check. The food was delicious & piping hot when we got it though! Just know you may have to wait a good while. Regarding the property, the house is split up into three properties - two on top & one on the bottom (we think!) :) We were in the tiny efficiency on the second floor. There are tons of windows but no curtains (just blinds) so it’s super bright at night & in the am. We found two beach chairs & an umbrella in the closet. Things are well stocked in the room & we were pretty comfortable. A warning that the shower pressure is strong - almost to the point of pain and the water is set to extremely hot. Probably dangerous for kids, actually. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes and the neighborhood is a joy to explore. Restaurants and shops are a few more minutes away (walking the opposite direction) We recommend walking towards the drawbridge to North Beach. There’s a big park there and a trail, also a Maritime Museum. Along with more neat houses to gawk at. :) We highly recommend Sunset Manor & South Haven! Thanks for a nice stay.

This lovely studio apartment fit all of our needs. Easy walking distance to downtown and the beach. A comfortable and quiet place to stay. The backyard is lovely. The studio is compact, but very clean with recent updates. If it matters to you, there is no living room or couch to sit on. viewing the TV is from the bed only. We will plan to stay there again.

We love visiting South Haven with the quaint shops and beautiful beach. It is so relaxful. This place was small but had everything we needed and is close to everything. And the owner, Barb, was so attentive and helped us with everything from easy check-in to helping us park when the city prohibited parking in front of the house for a special event. You will love this place and Barb!

My boyfriend and I stayed in Barb's VRBO unit and really enjoyed it. It's the perfect size for two people and had everything we needed. The space was very well maintained and clean and in a GREAT location.

Not only was Barb accommodating, her home was cozy and perfect for my husband and I. The location was perfect, 4-minute walk to the beach and about 8 minute walk to the shops and restaurants! The beach in South Haven was lovely, the sand was clean and soft and the water was clear. Barb's home had a beautiful outdoor space, and very kid friendly. Eire street is whimsical and the landscape is top notch. Will definitely be coming back.

We love this rental! We stayed there the first time in October 2021 and just spent another long weekend there. You can't beat the location--close to the beach and downtown--and the space is well-equipped and cozy. Barb was very responsive when we contacted her.

We have stayed at this property many times over the years. The unit is great, as well as the location. Very clean and comfy. The unit is also well appointed with having even the little things that make a great stay, like salt/pepper, makeup remover wipes, and much more. The host is detailed oriented which is much appreciated. Will stay again!

It was even better than what we expected!! Very pretty and great location! Barb was great also. I left my tablet in error and she brought it to UPS the next day for me!!! Will come back for sure! Not one bad thing!!!

My husband and I had a great time staying at Barbs place. It was perfect location to walk to the beach or downtown. The place was very cozy and clean. It is small, so if we had stayed any longer I would not have preferred the studio set up, but it was perfect for the few days we were there.

We had a great stay at this property! Clean, well appointed and very nicely styled. Plus, it was nice having a separate entrance to come and go without disturbing other guests at the property. Location was great, a short walk to the south beach and downtown. Landscaping at the property was immaculate and beautiful! We actually received complements from people passing by during our stay. Owner was helpful, polite, and very friendly. Definitely recommend this property.

But better than home cuz I’m on vacation! 4 stay in this studio unit, 6th at this property. I feel welcome and at home here. Clean, comfortable bed and bedding, great towels and bathroom products, porch great for reading and backyard too!

Enjoyed the cute studio unit for our extended weekend getaway. Very close proximity to the beach and downtown area. Hardly needed to use my car. Barb is responsive and easy to work with. I would stay here again.

The upstairs apartment is the perfect size for a solo traveler (or a couple). Cute decor, comfy bed, super clean. The location is so close to the beach. The downtown shops, restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. I had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend Barb’s place.

I had such a great time at this property. Everything was as pictured. The apartment was so clean and very nicely decorated. The water pressure in the shower was perfect. I was there for 4.5 days and hardly drove my car. The beach, restaurants, shopping, church and movies were all within walking distance yet you didn't feel like you were in a busy area. The property owner also always got back to me quickly if I had any questions. I hope to stay here again!

We LOVED our accommodations...close to everywhere we wanted to go...especially the beach! The grounds are amazingly lush and well kept. And Barb and her staff are great! Beautiful week for my visit "home"!
