On Wednesdays and Saturdays during the summer, browse the beautiful South Haven Farmers Market just two blocks away at the South Haven pavilion. Our condo has a queen bed (new bed bought in 2023!) in the loft bedroom with an airy living space on the main level. There is sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress is in living room (new in 2023 also!). Lots of windows for the sun rays to shine in! Clean and comfortable with the amenities you expect for enjoying your time in your home away from home in South Haven!

This is such a great property! It’s in town (but quiet) and a 10 minute walk to the lighthouse. We absolutely loved it and cannot wait to stay here again!

Wow! Such a cozy and cute place! Location is amazing! Right downtown, short walk to the beach, close to restaurants and shops. Host was very communicative and helpful. Weather was not the best unfortunately but the place has a lot of light with all of the windows. Will definitely be back!

This is our 3rd annual trip with our family, and we always have an excellent time. We have stayed at this property each year and my kids love it. Great location, close to downtown area and the beach. We always look forward to our South Haven trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short weekend away in South Haven. The location of the condo is perfect and we enjoyed walking around the downtown area in the evening and walking to the beach. The property was updated with very nice amenities and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in South Haven!

We love this condo… the location is superb, close to shops and dining! We have stayed a couple of times before and Greg is easy to work with and kind and prompt! Parking is not a problem which is great! We could enjoy the farmer’s market, renting golf carts, listening to live music at a restaurant across the street from our balcony..and walk to many shops and eateries! Looking forward to our next stay!!!

This is my husband and I’s second stay here. This is a very clean and comfortable condo. The location is perfect. Greg is so easy to work with. The bedroom is a loft and on a different floor than the bathroom. Just a little tricky at night. Also the streetlight comes in so if you like complete darkness consider bringing a eye mask. This year we also experienced the Gastro pub across the street playing music so loud it was like we were there. Otherwise this is a great little condo to rest and relax in this wonderful town.

Location great. Place beautiful, modern and clean. Everything worked fine. Kitchen well-stocked with appliances and spices. There were some couple minor issues: there's no usable light over kitchen sink or stove, just very dim accent lights. Also, what we didn't know from the listing is that bedroom is on different floor from bathroom, which is not good for me as I get up at night and so slept on pullout couch. that was fine, but you might want to list that online. And the instructions say not to hang towels on balcony railing, but there's no place to hang towels inside. Where are people supposed to hang towels and swimsuits to dry?

The place is really cute. The bed is in the loft & the only bathroom is on the lower level. This makes it a challenge for older couples (like us) going up & down the spiral staircase in the middle of the night. Lol, we survived and had a great stay right in the heart of South Haven.

We had the best time staying here! Excellent choice for a family of 4. The location was so perfect. A minute walk to all the shops and restaurants and only a ten minute walk to the beach. The balcony was so nice to sit out on in the evenings & the inside was just adorable and had everything we needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My wife and I chose this condo as our base for exploring the surrounding beach towns. The location was perfect for day trips to Warren Dunes, St. Joe, Saugatuck and Holland. While in South Haven, we were able to walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Greg was great to work with and quick to respond to all of our questions. He even kept us posted on some road construction that was going on. We will be recommending this condo to family and friends, and it will be our first choice for future visits. Also, I highly recommend Saugatuck Dune Rides and Star of Saugatuck River Cruise.

My wife and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary in South Haven this year. This condo was perfect for the two of us. Plenty of space, furnished with everything we needed, extremely clean. You can't possibly beat the location. We could see the South Pier Creamery from our balcony. It was literally just a few steps from all the shops. Check in was so easy. Such a wonderful place and will be back. I highly recommend!

Very nice updated place in a great location. Condo was stocked with everything you need. Communication with the owners was great and we were able to check in a little early. Really enjoyed our time here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The location is awesome! Half a block from main downtown strip. 10 minute walk to south beach. Very clean. Finding parking was ok if it was early morning or later evening, prime time during main season would be harder. Only down side was the noise from the road in the place and how bright it gets being in a loft - bring ear plugs and eye masks if you want to sleep past 6am!

We were very glad we chose this condo on the south beach side of South Haven. There were plenty of shops and restaurants to visit. Our favorites, per the renters suggestions were taste and Maria’s! We also enjoyed the phoenix breakfast restaurant! The condo was very clean and spacious for two people. Very cute! Thank you!

I love South Haven so much! I go a few times a year and always stay in town ! I love the the beach is walking distance! All the restaurants in town are amazing! The coffee shops are perfect and unique! The flying saucer is my favorite! The owner is so kind! Im always so sad when I have to leave because this town makes me so happy! This location is perfect and you can walk to everything. The town is very easy to navigate and everyone is so nice. My sisters and I loved that this place provided some board and card games! Very clean and I get really safe !

Great location right downtown and it was nice to park the car for a couple of days and walk to all of our South Haven destinations. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The bedroom is up the spiral staircase and the bathroom is on the main level so something to be aware of when booking, It was lit up enough inside to navigate the stairs in the middle of the night, but I wouldn’t book if you have concerns about using a spiral staircase. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again, great place!
