Breakfast was good. Disappointing though to pay for espresso and cappucino.
As vegetarians there was only the option of muesli with yogurt…
Rooms on ground floor were very dark with black out curtains and no filter curtains

We left our vacuum flasks in b the dining area . One phone call and they brought the flask to the bus station.. Excellent service.

Awesome location, beautiful garden views. A lot of hidden gems for walks and outdoorsy people. The executive suite was amazing and very spacious. Very good house keeping plus 2 restaurants. 3 pools, a pond and much more to enjoy.
Some reception staff can be more professional and kinder

Access, location and setting is really good, lovely breakfast area
Staff service and attention to detail was not to expectations. The room was nice and spacious, but that was about it. It was not laid out practically. The safe did not work, there was one coffee cup for two people, one gown, lights to the enclosed toilet were way on the other side of the balcony door sliding door. The rack tonplace shampoo containers were broken, so left on the floor.
The basin was quite high, with mirror even higher, my dear wife could only see her forehead in the mirror.
Inattentive staff at breakfast. No one wiping tables chairs or asking / offering service to guests. Only realised half way through breakfast there was bean to cup coffee available. Tooo many little things that detracted from the guest experience to return.
