Manager was courteous and solved our minor issues. The home is beautiful, and for a group of 7 as we were it was great value for money. Having the ability to get our boat moored in front of the property was a bonus. House was spotless, well equipped (apart from some frypans that definitely need replacement with some better non-stick ones!).

We had an elderly visitor fall off the rear deck onto the inclined walkway - it needs a guardrail to stop this happening. There was a lot of dog poo on the front lawn - would have been nice to have it cleaned away as it detracted from the rest of the house presentation. We had an issue with local kids throwing rocks at one of our cars and the boat the day we arrived, but after the police paid them a visit it was OK for the remainder of the stay.

Everything, location, the house and the water surrounding it. Everything you need is available and stores are within 5 mins distance.

Dishwasher trays need replacement, they are old and rusty. It still works but sometimes you need to run the cycles twice. Having a dryer would have been nice but I understand that given weather it’s not always required. However when we stayed it was windy and chilly and clothes did not dry properly.
