The location was great, and with off road parking made it brilliant. The space was big, and clean. Nice big windows let in plenty of light, and a sea view.
The single beds, were slightly above a camp bed, so not ideal for adults, but okay for kids. The clothes drying rack was absolutely tiny. Please bare in mind these are very minor gipes, which wouldn't stop me booking again.

The location was great and the size of property very good. Comfy sofa and nice kitchen and bathroom( although shower bit tricky to get correct temperature).
The property was deemed accessible, presuming ready for elderly disabled. But unfortunately there were steps to property and no grab bar or safety mat in shower. Apparently had to say if needed these assumed provided. Owner did provide once rang them. Beds were somewhat lumpy felt springs apart from mattess under the cot bed. The apparent sea view was not as pictured as work goimg on on prestatyn sands for some time so viewed steel gates and workers toilet block etc. So disapppinted with view obscured and windows extremely dirty from workers dust and much bird poo. Parking extremely tricky having to do 3 point turn at least every time entering and existing property, so beware if not good with that as walled all around.

Wow what a gem, large apartment with everything you could need and the most amazing sea views and close to the beach and amenities. Had a fantastic stay with my family and will certainly be returning. Leanne was very helpful and commitnication was brilliant

It was suitable for our group. Kitchen well equipped
No cutlery in kitchen. A lot of furniture on its last legs. TV too small for the room.
Windows absolutely filthy and lots wouldn open.
Views poor due to ongoing works to seafront
$$$$
