Villa La Gattaia is a characteristic two-story villa built sheer above the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa La Gattaia you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa La Gattaia is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features two wide private terraces, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet), a grocery store at 200 meters (660 feet), the stop for the local bus and the SITA bus at 100 meters (330 feet) and the closest beach at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles). You will reach Villa La Gattaia from the street level going down a stairway which consists of approximately 70 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa La Gattaia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).

Top LevelTerrace 1
The first terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the first living room. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a sofa, as well as with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Living Room 1
The first living room is paved with handmade terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, featuring some antique pieces, and include two sofas and two armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the large terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the first living room. It has two French beds (120 cm/47 inches). The room has a window with a view of the sea, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Middle LevelTerrace 2
The second terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the second living room. It is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the corridor along a stairway. The floor is paved with handmade terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include a sofa, two armchairs and masonry benches. There is an age-old fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the large terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room has three windows with a view of the sea.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the second living room. It is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room has a window with a view of the garden.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the second living room.
Bottom LevelGarden
The garden is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. The garden is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the coastline.
First Annex, Bottom LevelBedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom
You will reach the third bedroom from the main building going down a route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately ten stairway steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the garden, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with fixed shower head.
Second Annex, Bottom LevelBedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom
You will reach the fourth bedroom from the main building going down a route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 18 stairway steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the garden, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
