Mirko was such a brilliant help to us during our stay, organising excursions for us last minute and helping us with our transfer to the airport. The location was amazing and the 2 euro shuttle into Sorrento was brilliant. The apartment was lovely and exactly what we needed after our stay in Rome earlier in the week.

They gave us an upgrade without us even asking to a fab apartment with a terrace looking out over Sorrento. And they allowed us a late check out until 4pm which was great to have full use of the apt for our last day
It’s a little outside Sorrento and there are no paths and it is unsafe to walk with children particularly. There is a shuttle bus @ €2 pp but with a family of 5 we spent about €160 on shuttles over the week.

The interior of our three-bedroom apartment was bright, colorful and clean. It was rather quirky but fun with the cheery colors. The area was very quiet even though the property is right next to a camping area. The advantage of that was the ability to use the facilities from the camping area, a small mini-market, a restaurant and the shuttle bus to downtown Sorrento. The kids loved playing with the resident cats.
Our main issue with the interior of the apartment was that we had to go through another bedroom in order to reach the bathroom which caused a privacy issue for our daughter and woke her repeatedly. If this is an issue, it’s something to be aware of.
Initially we were a bit disappointed in the appearance of the property. Maybe it was getting ready to shut down for the season, but the areas for guests to be able to be together outside were rather jumbled. It felt as if these areas could be such fun to use if they were straightened up a bit more. Part of our family was in a smaller apartment upstairs but it had a large table outside and we had a lovely picnic together one evening.
The shuttle was good except we had to wait once for 40 minutes. The road was not long but not really safe for walking as there is no sidewalk.
The restaurant there was a bit expensive and ok, but what we really enjoyed was a fun, reasonably priced Osteria with great food right down the street from where the shuttle dropped us off. We understood there are a number of nice, reasonable places to eat in town.

Shuttle service. View from terrace. Pool was nice but too cold. Mirko was very helpful & attentive.
Beach was too far & not as described. Common area was not safe, my friend fell due to deteriorating floorboard under turf. No courtesy follow-up from owner as to how my friend was after falling - his response was "oh well, things happen".. Walkways were very uneven. Terrace area was not clean at all.
