Clean and close to the water. The host accommodated us arriving early by letting us drop off our baggage. Answered any questions we had. Great service and hospitality.

Maybe a very small container of milk and a bottle of water per guest and Ceylon tea

The room was very clean and presented nicely
the room had a double bed but two separate bed sheets, which was strange!
No coffee pod machine and limited coffee/tea facilities
The property is a significant distance from the centre of split old town (c. 20-30min walk)
The room is much smaller in reality than advertised in pictures
TV was not working but we were compensated
