Eaglemont Country Cottages are set amongst Karri, Jarrah and Sheoak forest in fantastic bush walking country and is just a 7 minute drive to iconic Greens Pool, Elephant Rocks and Mad Fish Bay, well known for their sheltered swimming, snorkelling and fishing. Our two charming cottages are comfortable and provide affordable, friendly accommodation ideal for families, couples or individuals. With high raked ceilings, they are light and airy and fully self-contained with two bedrooms, combined dining/lounge, kitchen and bathroom and a cosy wood fire in winter months. The famous Valley of the Giants and Tree Top Walk is less than 25 minutes away and we are adjacent to the Munda Biddi Trail and the Bibbulmun Track is nearby, both giving access to some of the most spectacular coastal scenery in the world and a multi-use trail wonderful for walking, horse riding and cycling. The house and cottage gardens feature extensive lawn areas surrounded by native bush and forest attracting a variety of birds to your doorstep. It is spectacular throughout spring, pleasantly shaded in summer and a delight in autumn not to mention snug wood fires in winter. Our 34 acre property is perfect for exploring and offers several walk trails of its own, as well as providing direct access to the Denmark – Nornalup Heritage Rail Trail, ideal for cycling, walking and horse riding. Take a relaxing walk and spot the variety of South West flora and fauna, including the famous Blue Wren, or simply sit back and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere. Eaglemont provides a perfect base for bush walking or cycling with trails in several directions that cover the coastal, agricultural and forest landscape, including the Bibbulmun Track nearby which passes downwards into William Bay National Park and spectacular Greens Pool, perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
