Calm and warm atmosphere, the staff very kind

warm water wasn't immediate - after talking to the staff and their verification it appeared that we had to wait a couple of minutes to get warm water.

It is really close to the beach which was beautiful.
Actually thete is no parking opportunities. They have only 2 private parking places which were always full, and not only night was hard to find a free parking place around and hosts were suggesting to parking on 'not waiting'area. It was frustrating to circulating to find a place.
The aircondition was like a tractor so it was hot in the night.
And the center of Viareggio is not on walkig distance -you need to use car.
