Nestled in North Las Vegas, this lovely house for $72 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. 2 Bed 2 Bath house with big open floor plan. Great North Las Vegas neighborhood between Aliente and the Speedway near the 215 and I15 freeway. 15 minutes to Fremont Experience, 20 minutes from the strip, 30 minutes from McCarran International Airport. 15 Minutes to Nellis AFB There is a community swimming pool. New city and HOA restrictions require reservations to be a minimum of 6 months a lease. We will require the lease to be completed prior to approval of the booking. Guest access Self check-in. We provide you with the entry gate and front door digital codes two days prior to your arrival. Guest interaction Most likely you will have the place to yourself but we keep an upstairs bedroom & the garage for ourselves for when we are in town. Neighborhood overview This is a brand new neighborhood on the Northern edge of the Las Vegas Valley. Right off the freeway with a shopping center across the road (Target, Ross, Michaels, Gas .PANDA Express Mc Donalds. Home Depot, Staples and more). The Las Vegas Speedway hosts two NASCAR races a year and many events year round. Getting around This is just off of the 215 freeway and 4 miles from Interstate 15 on the Northern edge of Las Vegas. Surprisingly close to downtown and the strip. Two exits from Aliente Casino and about 10 miles from the Las Vegas Speedway. Other things to note You will have full use of kitchen, living room, patio, bathrooms and two of the bedrooms (one up one downstairs). One of the bedrooms upstairs is locked and off limits as is the garage. Public Transportation is surprisingly simple and inexpensive but you will have to walk about 4 or 5 blocks when you get to the stop for the house in Shopping Center across from the house. From McCarran Airport you have to go to Terminal 1, ground level (below baggage claim). RTC buses depart regularly from the bus stop (walk to the right when you go outside). You will need to study the transit map and schedule for yourself to be sure that when your flight arrives there will be service. In general you would take the 109 N to the downtown bus terminal and then catch the 105 to a North 5th stop at Deer Springs Mall. After getting off the bus at the mall cross N. 5th at Dorrell (west) about a block to the entry gate then follow the instructions for getting to the house. The code for the pedestrian gate: Press 2 & 4 at same time then press 3 OR use the car gate code of 8700#. NOTE: YOU NEED THREE SINGLE DOLLAR BILLS they don't make change. You will get a transfer to use when you switch at the terminal. PLEASE SEND ME A PICTURE OR ID OF YOURSELF. THANKYOU

Very spacious, clean, classy house with eclectic decorations. Nice, safe, quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will stay here again if we ever need a house in Vegas.

Nice house. Well stocked kitchen, but no grill outside (probably being replaced). Only two bedrooms available. Very clean and everything works. Best way to drive in is to take the east-west freeway to the north, instead of driving the long way up 5th Street from Chapparell. All in all, very good.

We used this property as a base to explore the Las Vegas area including several national and state parks. It is a beautiful home that is close to stores and a shopping center. North Las Vegas has Craig Ranch Regional Park that is well-equipped and beautiful if you want to do walking and many different kinds of outdoor activities. Their playgrounds are outstanding if you have children.

Stayed here for a longer period of time. Maria and Steve do stay every once in awhile but are friendly. The house is big and nice and worked well for the two of us that were staying

This is a beautiful home in a safe area. As soon as you walk in, you will feel a warm welcome in a spacious open area. We enjoyed our week--long stay.
