Lake Las Vegas is a Master Planned Resort community located minutes from the Las Vegas strip with a 320-acre lake with over 20 miles of shoreline. Two golf courses; one private Jack Nicklaus course located on South Shore is for Members, and the 18 hole Reflection Bay golf course is located on North Shore and is also a Jack Nicklaus designed course. In addition to the shopping at Lake Las Vegas, the District in nearby Green Valley is a 10-minute drive from the lake as is The Galleria Mall. Of course, gaming is available at the Fiesta, Sunset Station and Green Valley Ranch Casino. All three casinos are within 14 minutes of the Lake. Movie theaters with luxury reclining seats are available at Sunset Station. For the nature lover and hike, you will find several Rails to Trails walks nearby. Spectacular views of Lake Mead on the Historic Railroad Hiking trail takes you through several tunnels along Lake Mead all the way to Hoover Dam. The spectacular Red Rocks are 35 minutes away and provide over 21 Hiking trails in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservatory. Waterfalls, unique plant life, and desert critters provide interesting and beautiful sites along the trails. For the skier and snowboarder, Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort are located at Mount Charleston an hour from Lake Las Vegas. Quiet condo complex. Beautiful location.

Stayed four days for wedding and family time with adult children. Village had enough choices for meals but was also close (15-30min) enough to other options if need be for restaurants. Pool was enjoyable as well as walking trail. Close enough to entertainment of strip, Valley of Fire and other sites but far enough away to relax.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. We started in another condo and when I notified the owners of an issue they were very responsive and moved us to this condo in the same building. They were very helpful and the second condo was perfect for my daughter and I. We had a great time and were very appreciative of the communication provided by the owners.

My husband, our two energetic 10-year-old children, and I recently had an incredible family vacation in the beautiful town of Lake Las Vegas. Our stay was truly remarkable, as the town offered a warm and family-friendly atmosphere, while the spacious accommodations catered perfectly to our needs.
Lake Las Vegas proved to be an ideal destination for families, and we were delighted by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The locals were kind and accommodating, making us feel right at home. It was a refreshing change of pace from the bustling energy of the Las Vegas Strip, providing a serene and relaxed environment for our family getaway.
Now, let's talk about the wonderful accommodation we stayed in. The room provided ample space and was thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of families. It had everything we required for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hosts paid attention to detail, ensuring a seamless experience.
One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic pool. Our children absolutely loved it and spent the majority of their time splashing around and having a great time. The pool provided a perfect way for them to cool off and enjoy themselves under the warm Lake Las Vegas sun. It was a delightful feature that truly enhanced our family vacation.

When we arrived you could tell the cleaning service had just been there. I still had trouble sleeping that night because of my dust mite allergies. The bed spread was promptly removed and then I rewashed the linens. The blanket had also had not been washed in quit some time. Once I did that and kept the window open it was a much more pleasant sleep. The kitchen was well stocked. Searching for why the place still felt dusty even though the furniture appeared to not be we opened the utility closet and found it covered in dust. A good spring cleaning of that area would be most beneficial. Parking is not on the property. Instead you had to walk across the vacant casino and park in the hotel parking lot which is a good way to get extra steps. The location is more like forty minutes from the strip and not the actual 20 minutes. The pool was not heated enough for an actual swim. I did see people in the hot tub. The location is quiet and serene. I think it would be great for golfers and those that like to hike and bike ride. There is a small market which is quite convenient. We were with our 21 year old twins and we drove back and forth to the strip for entertainment, which is quite a hike. If you aren’t interested in that and just want a leisurely place a way from all that then this is the ideal location.

This property was clean and quiet. There was plenty of space and beds for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with a good variety of cooking and serving ware. The refrigerator and stove / oven were clean and in great working order.
The only issue we had was on our last night, something happened with the lamps and the electrical outlets in the master bedroom to cause no power in the room. The hubs had to sleep in a different room so he could plug in his c-pap machine.
Not only were our accommodations beautiful, but the grounds were pretty as well. Besides being so close to Lake Mead and it's surrounding natural beauty, we saw rabbits and coyotes. We were so far away from the light pollution of the cities that we were able to do some star gazing and could see Mars.

The property was under construction!! We were unaware of this!! However, we were told by construction works manager was aware of construction!! We were without hot water for 3 day!! Hot tub was cold!! Plus, our last night there we were awake all night with pounding from the construction works!! The gym is not up to par!! I do not recommend this place!!

Great unit!
We had a fabulous time enjoying the sunshine! Pool heater was out but kiddos still swam and had fun. Beautiful pool area. Village was cute and very convenient. Seasons (on-site grocery) was sooo handy for quick purchases.

Beautiful condo!
The condo was wonderful, great layout, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen gadgets. The only thing to take note is that there is literally no food in the condo - no salt and pepper or cooking oil or coffee. The store in the area is great and well stocked, but having salt and pepper and cooking oil would be super helpful. We had a wonderful stay though and enjoyed ourselves.

The updated unit was not represented in the pictures. The pictures were outdated and the unit was nice. Everything worked properly and we were very satisfied. The parking is not that great and very distant but other than that a10 overall.

Great time, but the place is rundown
Great room. Outdated furnishings but clean. Building and pool are pretty dirty and rundown.
Cockroaches were everywhere outside at night. Made the pool unusable after dusk.

Parking was a bit of a hastle and no internet connection was not expected especially at this price point.
