Erkan at the reception was very friendly, helpful and kind. Coffee and water were for free all the day. I highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, great price and location.

The staff were very kind and tried to comfort us.
The hôtel is very closed to Istiklal street.
I can't really call it a hotel, it was much more modest than I imagined.
It is not comfortable for disabled people.
The breakfast was very limited and the salon for breakfast was too small.
The amenities were limited or damaged, for example in the bathroom the soap holder was broken and fell down several times, the shower was broken and put together with tape! Water passed difficulty throughout etc...
