The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful.
The pool was also very clean and well taken care of. A great asset - especially for the price.
The scooter rental service was perfect - the bike was in great condition.
The room itself was okay - strictly necessary, and clean.

The private bathroom on the back patio was nice. The pool was fantastic. Very lush grounds feels like vacation. Free water! Also the lady working the front desk was extremely kind and helpful to travelers, especially if crossing the Thai-Lao border. Close to 7-eleven and nice riverside restaurants.

Fabulous stay here. Restaurant downstairs for cheap breakfasts and fruit shakes. Could hang by the pool all day if you wanted. We also rented motorbikes really easily through the hotel. Room had a/c and heated shower in ensuite.
Walls aren’t very sound proof, but no one stayed up too late or made enough noise to wake us up. Just an fyi. No water refill. But there is a machine 50m down the road which took 1 & 5 baht coins

Good budget stay
Electrical work not done safely, shower wiring very unsafe. Only one toilet roll for 4 nights and 2 people and staff were not as friendly as the previous reviews state.
