Good location over San Simon beach.
Very comfortable bed with fine comfy pillows, duvets and bedlinen.
Large terrace overlooking the sea and city - but please note, it is facing North: not for sunbathing.
Kitchen well equipped with utensils, cutlery, etc.
Mosquito nets on both terrace doors.
Interesting 3-level, elevator operated parking facility for your car.
Two floors down from the entrance, no elevator: not a pleasure with baggage.
Kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses were really not clean: all somewhat greasy, sticky. Had to run a dishwasher round before using any of those or do a dishing by hand.
No desk lighting for the kitchen workdesk: it is a basic planning error.
Only 2 electric outlets over the kitchen desk and both in the same far left corner, not enough for the microwave, kettle and breadroast the same time - not even space the three gadgets near the outlets.
Broken tablet-holder lock of the dishwasher: reported the first night, nothing happned during 4 days stay.
Very weak lighting in the bathroom: not enough for makeup or shaving.
No reading lights for the sofa in the sitting room.
Malfunctioning switches for the bedroom reading lights: reported the first night but nothing happened.

Отличное расположение вблизи пляжа с водными горками и детской площадкой. Прекрасный вид с террасы. Рядом множество ресторанов и кафе. Можно прогуляться вдоль побережья до центра Izola.

The location, the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher (not functioning properly, the pod didnt get released into the dishwasher so it didnt dissolve properly). Nevertheles it would have been the perfect apartment with a great view and great location so close to the beach loved it. Would love to come again hence they biy a new matress and clean properly.
The old matress in the master bedroom made of literal wire that kept us up all night it was so uncomfortable the wires poked out in some places horrible. When we arrived the floors were not clean. Lots of small trash especially under the sofa and around the shower door. The sofa was full of dust and not cleaned properly either.
