We had a lovely 3-night stay with our children.
The location was beautiful. The views of the lake were really incredible, especially at dinnertime when the sun started to set. We loved that it was quiet when we went, with only a few other tenants/renters around, so we felt like we had the entire villa to ourselves!
Very minor detail but there were no face clothes, and the water didn't really get hot or cold, just stayed warm (both in bathroom and kitchen). It was a bit of a pain to bring the sun chairs up from the garage to the pool and back. The TV 'card' always said 'unreadable', but it was actually kind of a nice break to not watch TV and just play cards or read after dinner.

People were really nice and helpfull. the flat was really clean. We did enjoy the view on the lake. The swimming pool was really nice and clean.

Fantastic!
Beautiful location, fantastic view of Lake Lugano. Beautiful, spacious and clean apartment with all amenities .... even filled spice jars and cleaning products were available. The host is very helpful and friendly. While the Dutch roadside assistance service left us with a broken car, Massimiliano helped us fantastically! Before we came, he had also provided us with plenty of information. Worth a 10 plus!

Exceptional in every respect: 20 stars for Host, Apartment and Location !
Next to the fantastic apartment and location and the terrific swimming pool, it was the contact with the owner that was so outstanding. Starting with a phone call, followed by correspondence via Whatsapp and finally a personal visit, we were helped in every way possible to make our trip easy and our stay an experience and a real pleasure. Thank you, Massimilano, for being so kind, so nice, so helpful !!!
Take into account that the road from Lugano to Valsolda is narrow at times, and that the Italian drivers don't seem to be blessed with endless patience. Don't get nervous, drive safely.
