Having a washing machine was the reason we booked this spot and it worked great. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed reasonably well-supplied. Check-in was easy and the host was quick to respond to any messages. The location is walkable from the city centre and on a fairly quiet street. Good size.
I think none of the bedroom pictures on the site listing were of the bedroom of the unit we had? It was markedly less cozy, with no cupboard/drawers or bedside lamps. The properly was not in great repair and felt quite run-down/shabby - the shower head was broken and wouldn't stay in position, and the bathroom door didn't close properly. The bedframe was a bit broken and the mattress uncomfortable. The apartment felt quite empty, with mostly bare walls - sound echoed around the space - it didn't feel like a comfortable living space. I wouldn't go so far as to call it dirty but it felt a little grungy. There was a phone, but it rang randomly at 6:30am, and there was work going on in the building so there was loud drilling in the hallways, and the sound insulation from the hall is poor so we often heard other people. Had to ask for the wifi information, although the host was quick to respond when I asked.
