We were in the new separate building next to original hotel. A free upgrade meant we had a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Furnishings were basic but we were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and obliging. Anfield Stadium just down the road at the end of the street. Plentiful free off-street parking and breakfast included in package made it excellent value for money.

The picture shown for the room does not match the accommodation we were given. We expected an apartment, but instead we were provided with a standard hotel room. This was not what was advertised or what we had booked, and it is different from the first time I stayed there. They also asked me to pay an additional £50, with the assurance that it would be refunded. However, I have not received the refund yet.
We liked the breakfast.
