Will not be going back

The Dome room was nice with a double bed and 2 bunk beds. The sitting area separated by a curtain was also quite nice with sea view. The breakfast buffet was good. The beach was nice and there were a lot of activities.

The was no hot water in our dome tent. And no possibility to adjust the fan speed of the AC (high fan or off). The kids movie was VERY loud. It was supposed to stop at 11pm but went until 11.40pm which is very late. For the price we paid, we were dissapointed. Also there was a very long and loud prayer call from 12am to 1.30am. No one could tell us if this was exceptional during Ramadan or the norm. Impossible to sleep through that!

The toilets get dirty and smelly sometimes. It should be cleaned regularly considering its shared by many people

Kindly enhance your stuffs attitude and the services provided for the customers

We loved the kids activities and the all the facilities in the camp

We received an uncomfortable and unorganized dome ! And the reason was ( you came late ) .. which is unreasonable and unacceptable.. + we’ve been told that breakfast is from 7 to 10.. we reached there 9:15 we didn’t know it was till 9 only! And we were upset because of the stuff attitude.. there were still some cereals and coffee, milk etc that can be took.. but the stuff took it once they noticed that we’re going to have.. we didn’t have breakfast on that day although we have a child with us ! + we witness the bar guy was licking the spoon and trying the drinks before giving it to the customers + we called the reception to ask for help with our luggage at 12! They told us that we have to wait longer because the stuffs were busy ! After 45 minutes a stuff came walking without a golf-car to took our luggage.. and he asked us to stay out of the tent as the checkout time is over !!! What a bad attitude from the stuff

Fun and relaxing glamping spot away from the city!

Organized-well thought of, you got everything you need, even for a camping accommodation. Clean-even the shared toilets are well kept. Accommodating-staff from reception to daily cleaners are very friendly and helpful

Maybe due to the holidays but stay cost was pricey. Food options available at the property not too varied. Didn’t like the breakfast provided.

Fantastic family getaway, great for relaxing and spoiling yourself.

The beach, food, beds and activities were very very nice for everyone in the family. Kids loved the barn and kids play area and spent countless hours there. The breakfast and dinners were all delicious and the staff were all very accommodating and friendly always.

As an animal enthusiast, we would suggest preventing the guests from feeding the animals just anything they can get their hands on. Rather generate some revenue by packing paper bags with greens and other relevant correct food and selling it for 5 AED a packet to guests. The animals will thank you too. We saw guest trying to feed the animals some food not appropriate for the animals that could make them sick. Also, please make it more known to the all inclusive guests what they can and cannot have with regards to food, drinks and activities. You need to have a clear policy and procedure understood by all your operations staff and enforced correctly throughout. Examples are free soft drinks during the day and free activities once a day. That way you can remove confusion and deliberation between staff enforcing the rules and guests will be happier knowing what they paid for. We only found out the last two days that soft drinks were free. We stayed for 6 days.

it is already my 6th time visiting the place. i kept on coming back because of the place,activities, ambiance and service of the staff. from reception, resto, and housekeeping

-this recent visit, food is not that okay- the choices is limited and it i dont feel the bbq vibe because the set up is in the pool side, which is before on the beach side that i was expecting.

Everything! The whole stay was one awesome experience after another.

I personally would rate my stay a 10 out of 10, amazing food, fantastic activities, everything surpassed my expectations. If there would be 1 caveat, it would be their in-house WiFi. The WiFi was throttled to enable only a limited number of guests to use. Hence you'd only get access once a "slot" became available. Other than this, had a truly amazing experience.

Amazing stay but not on delux tent with no AC

Appreciate for the free upgrade that made our stay so much comfortable and happy ending thats why all i give happy smiley face here. otherwise would be upsetting as on booking.com, tent was not mentioned that AC was not there and it was so hot inside, u couldn't stay even for a second would have been a ruined stay. Tent is not advisable till i guess when its winter season. Safari tent is amazing as it has AC and attached bath. Nonetheless Staff were alll great , from reception to each one of them there. Seems they love the job.

The tent deluxe. Please mention that there is NO AC on the tent. That tent is only amazing when its winter season till December otherwise is not advisable to stay. There was no good food selection.
