About this apartment rental
Our air-conditioned house, equipped with Wi-Fi, is the ideal accommodation for couples or families with one child looking for a place close to the magnificent beaches of Chia. The large terrace complete with table and chairs overlooks the lawn and the green nature surrounding the property. Air-conditioned living room with equipped kitchenette, one air-conditioned bedroom, a complete bathroom with washing machine. Barbecue, outdoor shower, and private parking.
Our house is particularly suitable for adult couples seeking tailor-made and well-located accommodation for quick access to the beautiful beaches of Chia and the area's amenities. The property is surrounded by a magnificent four-sided courtyard with views of the magnificent green hills of Chia. The apartment is entirely on the first floor and is accessible via an easily usable flight of stairs. The living room, complete with a sofa and dining table, features an equipped kitchenette for comfortably preparing your meals at home. The air-conditioned bedroom allows direct access to the terrace which surrounds the house on two sides. The complete bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine. One child can be accommodated thanks to a roll-away bed. You can comfortably park your vehicle for free in the courtyard where both the barbecue and the outdoor shower are available.
Access and spaces: guests enjoy exclusive use of the apartment and the view terrace. The only spaces shared with another apartment, also owned by us, are: the parking area and the ground floor access courtyard where the outdoor shower and barbecue are located. A large lawn facing the structure is available to all guests for walking or exercising.
The area: we are located in Chia, in a green context surrounded by nature. The best-stocked minimarket in the area, Sirio, the Mongituttu coffee-bar-tobacconist, and the renowned Mirage restaurant are very close by. You can quickly reach some of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean such as Su Giudeu beach, Tuerredda beach, or even small coves like Cala Cipolla. The village of Pula, about a 15-minute drive away, attracts many visitors thanks to the numerous shops and venues open at night. The nearest village is Domus De Maria, where there is a pharmacy, bank, and other basic services. The area features various archaeological and naturalistic attractions, including: The Phoenician-Punic-Roman archaeological complex of Nora and its mythical ruins, the Is Zuddas caves of Santadi, the Is Cannoneris forest park with the beautiful Mediterranean flora and fauna that can make your holiday more exciting. A car is absolutely recommended during your holiday in Chia.

La zona è ottimale per raggiungere diverse spiagge, è proprio sulla strada principale...
Zona tranquilla per chi vuole fare la vita casa/spiaggia !
L'appartamento è carino e abbastanza attrezzato per 3 persone, mio figlio di 10 anni ha dormito sul divano invece che sulla branda apribile, lo abbiamo trovato più pratico.
Di sera abbiamo cenato sempre sul terrazzo con una bella vista sulla natura circostante!

Questo appartamento è il migliore io abbia mai preso in affitto per le vacanze estive non solo in Sardegna ma anche in altre località . Appartamento corrisponde esattamente a quanto riportato nell’annuncio anzi è molto meglio . Pulito ordinato attrezzatissimo dal phon alla lavatrice , frigorifero e frizer, forno a microonde, aria condizionata tv satellitare . Tutto a disposizione lenzuola , tovaglie, asciugamani salviette e accappatoi per il bagno. L’appartamento ha una terrazza molto bella dov’è si mangia sotto il cielo stellato e con un panorama di pace e tranquillità.
L’appartamento è all’interno di una Villa con altri tre appartamenti più grandi e con un giardini fantastico con giochi per bambini scivolo altalene campetto calcio e pallavolo. Divanetti e amache , tutto per cucinare all’aperto e una grande doccia esterna . Parcheggio privato per ogni appartamento . All’esterno della casa nella vicinanza ci sono ristoranti, bar supermercati un bancomat , bar e lungo la strada vicinissimo a casa si vende frutta e formaggi km 0.
Spiagge vicinissime e fantastiche , cala cipolla e spiaggia porto tramatzu fantastiche , anche spiaggia delle dune , spiaggia di cogone e tante altre tutte molto vicine . Consiglio come ristoranti Mirage vicinissimo ( più caro ma si mangia molto bene ) trattoria da Gianni a una mezz’oretta di strada dove si mangia pesce fantastico a prezzi giusti , e se andate a Carlo forte sull’isola di San Pietro a un’ora e mezza di strada piu traghetto di mezz’ora , andare alla trattoria della tonnara , mai mangiato tonno così buono. Fantastico . Le proprietarie sono molto cortesi , gentili e disponibilissime e all’arrivo ti accolgono con dolcetti sardi . Ti danno tutte le informazioni di cui hai bisogno e sono sempre disponibili . Quindi vacanza bellissima e casa favolosa da super consigliare .
