Situated in Lynnwood, this lovely house for $162 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to this fully furnished 3 bedroom house with central air conditioning and heating! It includes 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms with non-toxic king/queen/full/twin size beds and mattresses. The house features stainless steel appliances and granite counter top in the kitchen, fully fenced and private backyard, and a sit-to-stand desk (facing a window) in one of the bedrooms. Living space of the house is 1,657 sqft. You will have complete quiet and privacy. The house is separated from the street by its own greenbelt, newly installed fence provides extra privacy and security. You have your own private backyard with a table and 2 chairs to enjoy your morning coffee, or hang out in the gazebo with beer & wine in the evenings overlooking our garden and house. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: - Master bedroom: King size bed with private 5 piece bathroom including standing shower, deep tub, 2 sinks and toilet. Walk-in closet. 2 nightstands and 2 lamps. - Bedroom 1: Queen size bed with chest of drawers, sit-to-stand desk, office chair, closet, nightstand and lamp. - Bedroom 2: Full size bed with closet, nightstand and lamp. If you are a party more than 6, there are 2 twin size mattresses on the daybed in the front living room that you can use. All mattresses are medium firm, non-toxic & organic. There is standards cable, high speed internet and Apple TV and Xiaomi Box if you would like to watch internet TV. You can also switch the TV input to watch basic cable. The kitchen area has a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Plates, bowls, forks, spoons, cups, glasses, knifes, kitchen towels etc. are provided. Full size washer and dryer are available for guest(s). Detergent is provided. New linens and towels is provided upon check-in. We will professionally clean the house (with a cleaning fee) before your move in. Guests are responsible for cleaning and up-keeping inside of the house during the stay. Located in Lynnwood Alderwood neighborhood - you are 5 mins / less than 2 miles away from the Alderwood Mall as well as Costco and H Mart, 2 mins away to QFC and Wallgreens. This is a great opportunity for traveling professionals coming into the area for a short-term stay or families traveling for graduation/reunion/wedding. The location yields very easy access to I-405, 522 and I-5. You are encouraged to stay with us for longer! Weekly and Monthly rental discount applied automatically at check out.

The property was great for our stay in Lynnwood. There were 5 of us that stayed and we were all very satisfied with ages ranging from teens to grandparents. It was a way better option than staying in a hotel, both for comfort and money.

This nice, comfortable home in the Lynnwood area worked perfectly for our trip to the Seattle area to visit family and friends. The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard borders a greenbelt with nice privacy, and the home is conveniently located to stores for food/supplies. The host was very responsive and communicative.

I came with my family and 1 year old baby. We loved that it was close to everything we needed. The large bedroom had a crib, which was very useful for us and one of the top reasons we chose this location. The house is very clean and had all amenities we needed. There was shampoo, conditioner, and soap. That helped not having to pack some or purchase any. The living room could use another sofa or larger couch. We were a bit squished all trying to fit and had to sit at the dining table. There is only one tv in the house which is in the living room. It would be nice to have tvs in the bedrooms to watch at night. Host is great at communicating and very easy to check in and out. Overall, it is a great location and great house for a small family. We will definitely be returning in the future.

A perfect location close to the mall, groceries and restaurants! Clean and well equipped with many of the same amenities of home! A cozy fireplace! Quiet neighbors! Who could ask for anything more! Rose was a wonderful hostess during our 4 weeks in Lynnwood. Within a few days of staying here, the house felt like home. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, and felt very safe. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay at Fei’s home. It is a wonderful location for families with young kids. We travelled with a 2 month old, 2 year old and 6 year old and stayed here for a month. While we found it hard to walk from the house to anywhere because there are no sidewalks and our crew takes up a lot of space, a short drive (2-5 minutes) will get you to a number of playgrounds and hikes. We also enjoyed the. Edmonds beaches just 15 minutes away almost daily. And the home is clean and a great layout (large master and two smaller rooms upstairs). If you need a crib, there is one but it’s right by the master bed so it was hard for us to take advantage of it and ended up having our kid sleep in the giant oversized master closet since it was dark and quiet. If you’re travelling during summer months, keep in mind there is no ac. We ended up here during the record heatwave and had to leave for a few nights as it was unbearable. Overall, we had a great experience and loved the home and especially the backyard and garden!!

The location of the property was central to many hot spots of the northwest without being in the Seattle area. Close to the lovely town of Edmonds, the ferry system to Puget Sound and easy access to the highways, (a straight shot to Seattle, Bellevue and Everett). The neighborhood was nice and close to everything, Starbucks, fast food, groceries and sundries. The house was clean and well stocked with the basics. The gas fireplace in the family room made it cozy and welcoming. Our group all said the beds were comfortable. The backyard looked amazing with nice outdoor living spaces, unfortunately for us, the northwest was the northwest and it was raining most of the time of our stay. Be prepared for a smart TV. I brought my Roku and that worked for us. I should point out that the bedrooms and full baths are upstairs so if you have trouble on stairs it would make it a little difficult.

House is well maintained and clean. Ample room for 6 people. Very quiet. Only thing I would remember when traveling is if you want to watch TV remember all your sign in's for streaming TV. No cable. May pose a problem for the older generation :) other than that no complaints. Would need a car to get around or UBER as not close to public transportation. Overall we did enjoy our trip.

Fei's Alderwood Retreat truly felt like a home away from home. Nice and quiet neighborhood and centrally located. I was working in Everett and the drive wasn't bad at all and also not too far from Seattle. Without a doubt if I ever have to work in the area again, I'd most definitely look to stay here again. Never met Fei but was kind and super fast to respond to any questions I had via text. If you're "thinking" about booking this wonderful place (don't think) just book it, you won't regret it.
