Η τοποθεσία ήταν αρκετά καλή.
Όλο το διαμέρισμα μύριζε μούχλα και αποχέτευση. Ήταν απεριποίητο, σπασμένα τα φωτιστικά στα κομοδίνα, σπασμένο το διαχωριστικό τζάμι μεταξύ μπάνιου και δωματίου, σπασμένο το σουρωτήρι για τα πιάτα κλπ. Οι πετσέτες ήταν λερωμένες και όπως τις ξεδίπλωνες μέσα είχαν τρίχες. Υπήρχε ένα καλώδιο μέσα στο ντουζ μονωμένο με ταινία μόνο. Το λες και επικίνδυνο.
