Room was comfortable. When I had an issue the receptionist dealt with me with a very professional attitude.
I had an issue over a supposed late check out that in fact both complied with the info on booking.com and which I raised on check in. I other words their internal policy did not match the one I had signed up to on booking.com, a one hour difference in the check out time allowed. And I had flagged up the discrepancy on arrival as I would be out until 6am and needing as much sleep as possible. The hotel wanted to charge me extra but I pointed them to the booking.com agreement. They also failed to man the reception in the morning so I could not remind them of my intentions. Once explained the extra charge was dropped....they even gave me a coffee voucher as an apology. It was well resolved, but I should not have been put in this posotion

Great location and clean room. Friendly staff. Very safe. Only downside was the door rattled everyone anyone in a nearby room went into their room. This was disconcerting initially until we figured out no one was trying to get into our room. Well appointed room and had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom.

Location to train station was great for getting around. Very quiet surroundings.
Design of the shower meant the floor was very wet.

Proximity to the hospital.
The wifi did not work so I could not work. The staff said they would come to my room to help fix it, but no one ever came.
