Würde ich wieder buchen. Preisgünstige Unterkunft mit entsprechendem Komfort

Sehr freundliche und angenehme Vermieter. Buchung und Detailfragen reibungslos. Papier- und Finanzangelegenheiten bei Ankunft zügig erledigt und somit aus dem Kopf - perfekt. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden - sogar Notfallkaffee (vielen Dank dafür nochmal)..

Alles in allem, nicht zu empfehlen, dafür sind die Urlaubstage zum Erholen zu schade.

Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus, WLAN kostenlos, Großer TV mit HDMI-Anschluss, Gefrierfach vorhanden. Warme Bettdecke vorhanden. Zusätzliche Decken vorhanden. Gäste Fön vorhanden. Handtücher vorhanden.

Kein Hinweis, wo man die VM auf dem Grundst. findet. Grundst. 1 Eingang, wie sich dann später rausstellte, – der FW. Die Suche nach dem richtigen Eingang beginnt. Weiteren Eingängen gefunden mit VM. VM*in zeigt mir den Weg zur FW u. d. Räume. Wenn man die Wohnungstür aufmacht, kommt einem schon ein Schwall muffiger Geruch entgegen, der sich in alle Räume wiederfindet und auch nicht durch Lüften beseitigen lässt. Stockflecken / Schimmelflecken in der FW. Gleichzeitig legte Sie mir sofort die Quittung u d Anmeldeformular a d Tisch, mit dem Hinweis, dass Sie in ca. 10 Min wiederkommt, um d Geld f d Übernachtung zu kassieren. Das war bisher meine schnellste Bezahlung einer FW od Zi. Es war sehr kalt in der gesamten FW, trotz Heizung, die sich teilweise nur bis 3 statt 5 regeln ließ. Es wurde gar nicht richtig warm. Zu allem Übel schaltete sich die Heizung um 21:00 Uhr ab u. morgens erst um 07:00 Uhr wieder an. Über Nacht kühl diese FW derart aus, dass man keine Lust hat, für den Toilettengang i. d Nacht od am Morgen aufzustehen. Küche/Essbereich: Besteckschublade, jedes einzelne Fach dreckig, Gabel m Tomatensoße u Töpfe nicht richtig gespült. Die Fächer i d Küchenschränken schmuddelig u unansehnlich. Die einfachsten Dinge wie Kochlöffel, Schneebesen, Kuchengabel nicht vorhanden. Kühlschrank u. Stuhlauflagen schmuddelig. 3 Zi-Tür in der FW verschlossen (Was ist dahinter, kann hier jemand durch?). Für mich sehr suspekt!!Wohnzimmer: TV-Schrank unansehnlich sowohl Wohnzimmerschrank Fächer u Schubladen schmuddelig. An den Fußbodenleisten hängen d Staubwolken. Schlafzimmer: Teppichboden, aber da mag man nicht barfüßig drauf laufen. Ecke, wo Heizungsrohre laufen, sehr dreckig leichten Stockflecken erkennbar. Toilette: Schmuddeliger Schrank u WC-Vorleger. Abschlussleisten schmuddelig u leichte Stockflecken erkennbar. Bad: Das Baden/Duschen ist mir pers. vergangen. Flur: Hier ebenfalls ein Teppich, schmuddelige Ecken u auch hier dieser Geruch.
