Overall ambiance was great being on the water, the property is well kept with lots of foliage and good vibes.
The only negative was the limited electricity and hot water, which is understandable given the island's limited resources. But just be aware that you only get electricity in 2 blocks of the day 10am - 2pm and 7pm - 12am.

Comfy bed and a nice view from the room, you can listen to the waves while falling asleep. If you are lucky you can make a boat tour with David one of the hosts. It was amazing, you can really feel that he loves what he is doing. He took time for us, explained everything and we had a wonderful tour. Seeing dolphins, turtles birds… and much more. We really can recommend going with him!

Location -amazing. Staff -Amazing. Nothing fancy-as expected, but we were there to enjoy surroundings. David (owner?) took us on Punta Allen tour, and it was fabulous. They all seemed glad to share their place with us.
We rented 3 rooms. One room did not have a shower head, but it worked perfectly and did not cause any issues.

Punta Allen is lovely and the Roseliz is a lovely place to stay with friendly staff right next to the sea
We only had 2 nights here and it was sad to leave
