About this apartment rental
The attic apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building without a lift. The apartment has a double bedroom, a living room with a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking, a bathroom with a French bath. The apartment is very cool as it is exposed to the east and with double air intake.
A 2-minute walk is the sea (free beach with showers - supervised by the lifeguards during the months of July and August). The train station is 7 minutes away. The area is central so there are various commercial establishments.

A great host and a great spot!
It's pretty tiny however, my 22 year old son and I stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed being there. Alessandra was super helpful and made sure we were comfortable.
The real bonus is the location! It's less than 5 minutes from anything we needed, great dining, stores, train station, and best of all, the beach!
Menton is an exquisitely beautiful town close to Monte Carlo, (less than 5 miles!) and Nice. Plus, in 10 minutes, you can be in Italy.
For me, at 70, climbing the stairs to the 4th floor was a good little workout, but I had no real trouble with it, just took it slow.
I'll stay here again when I go back to look for a place of my own in this amazing part of the world!

Great location, an easy walk to most sights.
Great communication and a warm welcome by the host.
The apartment was full of most of the things you could possibly need for your stay.
Be aware this is an older apartment with character.
Also if you are sensitive to noise or not used to apartment living it may not suit you.

The VRBO listing did not include property address which made it difficult to find. Alessandra was at the apartment when we arrived and gave us a quick tour which was great, and she is a delightful person.Be prepared for 8 flights of stairs to reanch the 4th floor aparrment (no lift). The location is fabulous, however. Enjoy.
