Very good choice

It was a great experience. The owner was so helpful, so friendly and so warm. She did everthing that she can to help us. The apartments was clean. The location of the apartment is in the center of the city. All of the areas you should see in the city 500m distance.

There is nothing that we dont like.

Fantastic place in the center of Thessaloniki

The apartment had everything we needed: 2 separate rooms with common living room/kitchen and a bathroom. Lot's of shops and cafes nearby in case this is the center of the city. The price is extremely cool for the center of Thessaloniki. All the sights are in a walkable distance. The best thing is the host: Elle guided us with the list of worth visiting places to visit and the local restaurants with tasty (and not expensive like near the sights) food. She is the best!!! And the apartment was very clean thanks to her. We made a check in at 2 pm (which is 1 hour earlier than it should be, but it saved our time to explore more places till the evening). After the checkout we were able to leave our luggage in the apartment and picked it before going to the airport (Elle even helped to organize a taxi transfer so that we just hopped into the car quickly knowing we won't overpay for the transfer). So, very cool host, apartament, price, location and everything. We do recommend this place to stay.

Exceptional

Great hospitality. Great location. Perfect spot for city explorers. Owner was very helpful. She even made us traditional Greek new year bread as a compliment. We had a very pleasant stay there.

i consider this stay a basic stay not a 9.7 as it was considered in 2020

the location of the property was very handy

the sofa very uncomfortable, the lack of 24/7 staff available - no hot water for days and unavailable to have the problem sorted ASAP - very disappointing specially when we are in a dance festival the necessity of showers were high and a Airbnb request someone available all the time. no extra stuff like bin bags, toilet paper, no kitchen paper available. normal Airbnb that we have stay have an welcome kit with some essential bits that will need - there was nothing at all - need to buy toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, tooth paste,etc) to any type of food (coffee, milk, sugar) has the convenience of having a kitchen but the fact that has nothing left from other costumers or owner doesn’t allow us to cook (because otherwise will be need to buy all spices - salt pepper olive oil, basic stuff)

We had a problem with the internet connection. We informed via bookings' chat but without any outcome (note that we were staying only for 1 night, so that was not really a big problem).

Apartment is well located, comterble.beds.

Check in was at 15:00, didn"t get the instructions until i called them. No viber or wats up number.. late response on emails. Internet not working,. Booking says parking near by, hosts gave me info on the parking after third email and it was inaccurate. We were seatching for parking for an hour and cam to the apatment 2 hours after arrival due to wrong info from the host.

we could not control AC in different rooms! One control system for both bedrooms and living room, sofa was broken and bedsheets were wet!

Superb

Location is great, appartment is really nice in person. Parking was tricky, but for that location it is understandable. Entering in the apartment without meeting anybody in front was explained very well in messeges.

Some walls need fresh paint job, and shower had some hair on wall from previous guests. Sofa in living room is realy uncomfortable, but sleeping beds are great.

looked nice in the pictures but everything was cheap and uncomfortable to stay.

the location was great, also Netflix on the big tv was a plus and good A/C system installed.

everything was too cramped and felt cheap. lights on the ceiling and on the walls weren’t working and were out of place. additionally the bathrooms shower head was full of salts and couldn’t spray well. the balcony was dirty and you couldn’t go outside and when we arrived the bedroom was full of mosquitoes. the mattress was horrible making us feel like we are sleeping on a trampoline and the pillows were thin to a point of nonexistent.

it is in the downtown of Thessaloniki, good internet, space-full, well equipped, clean, easy to find, not noisy

Short vacation- but not nice…

Apartment is good, but it is surrounded by private companies and they are very loud. The position is exceptional and everything is near…

It is not quiet. TV didn’t work, many accessories in the kitchen didn’t work. Shower was not working at all and when we asked owners for help, after they asked for the picture, we sent them but no response from them. It was nightmare… We needed to go and buy new shower by our self’s. There are no parking places around. Nearest parking garage is 28eur per day. I do not recommend this especially because owners are not interested in support…

We did not have any hot water, the heating was noisy and problematic because it only made 2 rooms warm, leaving the living room and the bathroom cold. And the host is not cooperating ( never answering the phone, exactly like last night).

Nice apartments, but some disturbing things must be improved

Very good location. It has a lot of things inside, even for a long stay. Great number of options for breakfast in the same building.

Lots of broken things: - switch of the shower (the lower upper shower was broken too - water was just going through some hole in it, and you can't switch it to the lower one , because the switch was just broken apart) - the seat in the toilet isn't fastened - the blinds in one room. It was impossible to fully open them and you need to bend to go to the balcony The host was replying with some prepared messages. Looks like he/she didn't read my questions at all and were just copy-pasting some text. And it's impossible to park somewhere near, even though it's stated here in booking.com that there is a parking place

The location.

This location is without parking and the staff didn' t offer some information about it....It was very dificullt to find a parking near of the hotel. Another thing, for the next tourists, the staff can explain better how to open the key lock . The apartment is for 4 people or 2 couple..not for 5...the sofa is very very uncomfortable .🙁

Not as it looks in the pictures

The apartmant is well designed and has enough space and it was evidentially a great place when it was first opened for guests. The location was excellent,in the city center but was calm at night

The apartmant looks very nice in the fotos, and it was like it once, but now it us a bit dissapointing. The toilet was broken, and so were the door of the fridge, the big tv in the living room was not working, the soda bed in the living room is extremely uncomfortable, there was no bag in the recycle bin in the toilet, only one normal knife, some dishes were piorly washed (we always wash everything everywhere before use but this was notably dirty), and the room was cleaned but so-do, not really clean as it should be. Ok, we did hurry them, but the check is said to ve from 15h, which is later than in any place we have ever been, we reserved the room earlier enough so thay could have cleaned it on time, whatsmore, I asked for an early check in, and got an unprecise answer about it. When I rwaluzed that the comnunication by mail wasn't really working, I calked them in the morning on the day of arrival and asked again about early check in and than they told me that it was not possible before 15h and that at 15h it would be ok, but they will let me know if the room was ready earlier and send me the instructions by sms for check in. Sunce nothing happened till 2.15h,and we were realy tired with a 2 year old Child which could not spend any more time on 38 degrees, and they knew we were with a littlr Child, a called again and got another Lady on line Who said that the room is not cleaned yet but it will be at 3 p. M. And than they will send me the instructions for check in. At 15.15h still no answer from them, and I call again and ask 7f we can check in now because 15h passed, but now, the third Lady said that we still could nit check in because the room is stil not ready! We deffinitely could not walk around with the kid and I asked id we could leave our bags at least but they said we canot enter while the cleaning Lady is inside. I finaly lost my nervs and in 10-15 min they told us we can go to the room. We met the cleaning ladies on their way out.

Charming two bedroom apartment

The apartment is on very good location. For those who love good breakfast, bakery based, there is great boulangerie next door literally. Supermarket is next door as well. The apartment is trendy furnished.

We arrived late at night, right before Easter. So all you want is have a nice cup of tea. Very soon we discovered that big tv (living room) is not working, electric kettle is not working and there is no wifi. We reported immediately, but there’s nothing to be done so late. Next day, new kettle arrived (thank you guys), but tv and wifi could not be solved that easily. Especially, as it was Easter, and iI believe it was practically impossible to find someone to fix it. That was very sad, as the stay at the apartment had everything what is needed for a great stay. However, in our case, we did not have that luck. I would like to thank for all the help, they have been great help and were very kind. I truly wished them best of luck
