During the Winter months, Humpback Whales can be easily seen from Wailea beach. There is a breathtaking, oceanside walking/running path as well as extensive sidewalks around Wailea for physical fitness. Ho’olei also offers a stunning large resort style pool complete with water falls, a sandy artificial beach for kids and 2 hot tubs. There is ample seating along with a fitness center. Located just moments from dining and shopping at 3 resorts as well as The Shops at Wailea. You may dine at any of the resort restaurants as well as set up spa appointments, but please note that hotel pool access at the adjacent resorts is not included with your reservation. Ho’olei offers a stunning large resort-style pool complete with water falls, a sandy artificial beach for kids and 2 hot tubs. Also provided is 24 hour on-site security and gated access. Under new ownership, this villa has upgraded living room, dining room and lanai furniture with area rugs selected for comfort and beauty by a renowned interior designer. A beautiful new tile backsplash awaits in the kitchen along with accent decorations throughout the villa. Gourmet Kitchen: The top of the line kitchen has all of the space and accessories to accommodate your meal preparation needs. Dual refrigerator/freezers give you ample space to stock up. The island mounted gas cooktop is perfect cooking while still being able to see the lush tropical settings that surround the villa. The kitchen has an extensive assortment of cooking and dining needs. Seating around the central kitchen island accommodates 6 people easily and the beautiful Koa wood dining table can seat up to 8. This lovely villa is designed for indoor-outdoor living featuring corner pocket doors that lead to the spacious private lanai. The lanai is surrounded by tropical foliage and has a very comfortable seating arrangement for reading, afternoon naps or evening socializing. Ceiling fans enhance the tropical breeze. Take advantage of al fresco dining with the outdoor gas grill, large table for 6 and a convenient mini fridge. The Primary Bedroom is incredibly spacious and features a king bed and pull out sleeper sofa, large en suite bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower, and a private lanai with lounge chairs! The 2nd Guest Bedroom is located downstairs with 2 twin beds that can be converted into a king. This bedroom also has a full en suite bathroom. The top floor features a 3rd guest bedroom with king bed, private en suite bathroom and french doors leading out to a french balcony. Maui is our favourite destination and we have been several times over the last twenty years. The property is the nicest I have stayed at in Wailea. It was absolutely stunning and had an abundance of space for our family -both to have our own space as well as to hang out together on the lanai or in the main living area. . We particularly enjoyed the location as it is closed to the wailea walking path. As well, our adult children liked the pool and spent lots of time enjoying it. We hope to have the opportunity to visit again. So blessed!!

We had the best time staying here. Very quiet and comfortable. The bedrooms were perfectly appointed, the kitchen is amazing, and we cooked a bunch of wonderful meals there. The surrounding area is beautiful and fun to explore. We will definitely be back when Maui has rebuilt.

The villa was beautiful all around. It has all the amenities to enjoy a great vacation. Beach chairs and umbrellas were for 6-8 people which was great. Community pool and spas were great even though we didn't spend to much time there. Unit was also cooled and the ac units were great. Small but yard had beautiful plants and palms everywhere. Only thing I wish they would change is to have every door in the unit able to lock. No lock on any doors except the powder room and garage.

Due to Covid, we've waited for three years for this trip. Needless to say, the anticipation was pretty high. The entire experience far exceeded our expectations. Not only was our place one of the nicest places on Maui - great location, absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated, stocked with everything we needed, wonderful pool - the staff at CB was incredibly helpful, professional, and always had a great attitude. They checked in a number of times to see how things were going. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay a or better experience with the rental agency.

The condo was very comfortable for our family with all different ages. The condo was very well appointed with all the cooking utensils/appliances and every kitchen gadget imaginable. The kitchen is spacious and well appointed; the large living room was perfect for family gatherings, and we were happy to have access to beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling equipment for our daily trips to various beaches around the island. The community boasts a wonderful swimming pool and hot tub just a few minutes' walk away, but be aware that you will have to cross the main road and make your way through a large hotel complex to get to the beach (about 10 minutes).
Note that the home is managed by a property management company, which we found inconsistent in their responses and not always that helpful. Overall, this somewhat diminished the more direct experiences we've had with other AirBnB rentals where we were dealing directly with the homeowner.

We celebrated my wife's 60th anniversary with our two adult daughters and the two men in their lives. This condo was ideal for our needs. The three bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The master bedroom suite is incredible -- it could be a comfortable condo all by itself. The kitchen is spacious and has all the elements one needs to prepare and serve delicious meals (we prepared most of our meals in the condo's kitchen during our stay, eating out very little). The ground floor sitting area and lawn is beautiful, and the second story wrap around balcony was a favorite hang out place for breakfast coffee and after dinner drinks, snacks and discussion. The one car garage comfortably accommodates a Suburban size vehicle (which is what we had), and the garage storage room has all the things you need to have fun at the beach (we used most of the offered items). A great beach is a ten minute walk and several more beaches a just a few minutes drive. There is great shopping and golfing nearby. There is a nicer grocery market close by and a Safeway a few miles away. We went snorkeling at Molokini using a company that loaded at a beach about fifteen minutes from the condo -- very convenient! There were a couple of hiccups during our stay: we were there on the Fourth of July timeframe, and the condo shares a wall with a main highway that was pretty busy (and loud) while we there. The outside gas grill never worked properly, a problem we think with the built-in gas line. The exhaust system for the indoor grill did not work until our last day (maintenance was very responsive and came out twice to try to repair the grill and exhaust systems.) And a small detail -- the master bathtub fills from a faucet in the ceiling which results in a very loud water sound in the early part of filling the tub -- no baths after other folks went to bed! We regarded all of these hiccups as no more than small annoyances that did little to detract from the incredible experience we had. My wife, daughters, and I have done a great deal of traveling and stayed at some amazing places -- as a group we voted this condo and our experience in it as ranking in the top three vacations of our lives. If you are looking for a place that is spacious, beautiful, elegant and a perfect place to get away from the world or to act as a base for a wonderful Maui vacation, this is the place! It was well worth the price! We thank the owners for sharing their beautiful Maui property with us.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful and spacious for the 6 of us. The check- in process was very easy as well. The only issue was that the vent on the stove does not seem to be working, so when we did a little cooking, (bacon) any smoke would gather, and the smoke alarm went off. Everything was very well-equipped. Lots of cookware to make things very easy. Wonderful stay! Loved the beach, pool, and all the restaurants and shopping nearby.

Our experience this last week was amazing. Staying at 24-1 Ho’olei was key in having a great vacation. It’s very large with a open lay out which accommodates large families. Staff met all our needs during our stay and should we come back to Maui my first call will be to see if this unit is available.

Beautiful condo in a great location!
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, comfortable condo! The kitchen is well equipped and the beds and furniture were in nice condition and very comfortable. One improvement would be to add a dresser or shelves unit to the second floor bedroom closet so that clothes can be unpacked more easily.
The pool and the beach across the street are an easy walk from the unit, and chairs and umbrellas and nice beach towels were provided. We hope to be back one day!

Excellence in every way.
The reservation process was easy and the description of the property was accurate. The checkin was smooth and the information given for checkin/checkout was clear. The only thing we found a negative was when we went across the street to use the hotel's beach. We were told that beach usage on applied to certain units and our unit did not apply. We made lemonade and went to a beach down the road. We want to come back and stay with you again. Mahalo for making everything PERFECT.

Beautiful property and excellent location
We had a lovely time at this property. Pictures don’t do it justice as it is absolutely beautiful!
The layout of the unit is fantastic and our entire family has plenty of space. The pool area was lovely (although as is typical with condos, there is no beverage or food service at the pool).
If you have children, we did notice that the employees of the property tend to drive very fast in the resort, so be sure to watch your children.
We also had a delay in checking in which was unfortunate. We were supposed to check in at 4pm but couldn’t get access to the unit until closer to 4:45pm because of a housekeeping delay.
Also note the there are two AC controls in the unit: one for the bedrooms and one for the rest of the unit. While this was ok, it was sent ideal because the bedroom on the top floor tended to get warmer while the bedrooms on the bottom were cooler and you couldn’t control the top floor different than the bottom floor.
But these are all very minor compared the phenomenal experience we had. We would likely book the same spot if we go again.

My husband, our adult children and I all enjoyed our stay at Ho'olei. The condominium was beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed. We had everything we needed to enjoy most meals at "home" and to have fun on the nearby beaches and pool. The location, with walk-able shops and restaurants, was ideal. Views along the walking path are stunning and the ease of getting around to other sites was appreciated. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen provided everything we needed. Staff was attentive and helped make us feel at home.

We rented 2 condos for 9 days and could not be more pleased with the accommodations. From checkin, to Checkout, the stay was flawless. Easiest checkin I have had for any vacation rental I have procured. Checkout was not only simple but my request for a late checkout was accommodated to allow us to stay and play till our flight. We will stay here again! In addition to the Customer Service, the accommodations are above average! Roomy does not describe it! Huge, spacious, clean, well stocked and beautiful does! Stay here! You will not find a more perfect location on Maui !
