New and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Quiet place for sleeping overnight

The owner was kind and helped me with bags—going to and leaving the hotel. Normally, they only help when you're entering so this showed their good character.
Powerful shower pressure and good wifi. There's a desk in the room!
They let me heat up my food before leaving.
There were "massage" parlors dedicated to Korean men around. Made me feel a little strange. Don't let this pit you off. The area is safe. I simply don't like seeing scantily-clad women hanging around outside during the evening.
There is a construction site across the street, but I didn't hear anything. I asked around and they apparently work from Monday-Saturday from roughly 5:00-19:00.

The place is well kept and the staff is kind. The cleaning lady is always checking whether one needs help and she is super nice. The spaces have a very good size and there's no noise at night
It's a bit fat away from the beach, but it's not too bad. Getting a motorcycle ride is cheap and one could also walk for 20 min
$$$$
