If you want to experience one of the most lively, artsy, party neighborhoods in London - this is the flat for you! It's located on Shoreditch High St - 3 min walk from Hoxton Square and 8 min walk to Brick Lane. The flat has recently received a face-lift :) The flat comes with 1 double bedroom with storage, a spacious living room with option for sofabed and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge plus a modern bathroom and laundry facilities. Travel 20 minutes into central London.
The apartment features:

★ Comfy and large double bed, drawers & fitted wardrobes
★ Hairdryer, clothes iron, iron board & fresh towels

In April the flat was upgraded to install brand new double glassed acoustic windows to help reduce the noise from the busy Shoreditch High Street.
The flat is on 2nd floor walk up flat/no lift.
We provide:

- Hair dryer
- Iron and iron board
We DON'T provide:
- Parking
- Electrical adaptors
- Cable TV. Our TV connects to Netflix only.
