Villa in a great location on Lake Lugano. Direct and private access to the lake via steps in your own garden. parking space above the house. Large family car with roof box does not fit in the garage, but can stand in front of it. Possibility to fish from the garden. BBQ available. House is on 2 levels with a total of 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. Next to the lake, also a large garden where children can play and sunbathe safely, lake is fenced. Surroundings are also great. Visit to Milano by train very nice, Lugano and small town nearby. Hiking, swimming, sports. We will definitely like to visit again. Many thanks to Mauro, we liked to stay at your place very much!

It was a dream stay from the first to the last minute. Mauro, the owner, welcomed us an the door and showed around. Anytime we needed an advice or an assistance he reacted immideately. The villa is huge, containing of two appartments, with each situated on its on floor and having two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. They are connected by an interior stairs as well as a way through outside. There is also a loan, a big balcony on the first floor, and a terrace with a direct lake access on the ground floor. Each room has a great views to the lake. It's so greate that we were just staying in the house almost all the time enjoying the lake. The water ist very clean and warm. I would have given 10 stars!

Super nice house, lake under your feet!

Enjoyed a nice holiday with our family. Very pleasant contact with owner Mauro. Beautiful accommodation with all necessary accessories. Wonderful location to enjoy the beautiful view and all the beauty and pleasure that the lake and surroundings have to offer.

Von der Buchung bis zum Check out, war alles super. Mauro war immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage mit direktem Seezugang war einfach traumhaft. Durch das umzäunte Grundstück konnte sich auch unser Kleinkind ohne Gefahr im Garten aufhalten. Die Küchenausstattung war erstaunlich gut.

Das Haus ist schön gelegen, mit direktem Seeanstoss. Mauro ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Alles hat super geklappt. Auf Fragen, die wir während des Aufenthaltes hatten wurde sofort geantwortet. Auch die Verschiebung der Abgabezeit war kein Problem. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Haus über zwei Etagen direkt am See: Parkplatz in einer Garage oben an der Straße...eine Treppe abwärts folgt die obere Etage mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Bad und Wohnküche und großem Balkon....auf der unteren Etage nochmal zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad, eine zweite Küche und die große Terasse mit Garten, Seezugang und Außendusche. Die Ausstattung der Küchen ist zweckmäßig, aufwendiger zu kochen macht nicht so viel Spaß. In der Wohnküche gibt es einen Fernseheher mit italienischen Programmen. Wir waren im Sommer 21 während der Unwetterperiode vor Ort, mit Starkregen und Erdrutschen, aber da kann ja das Haus nichts dafür.

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und die Übergabe erfolgte wie besprochen völlig reibungslos. Wir haben die Woche wirklich sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder
