Very friendly, helpful hosts. Very good communication. Arrived earlier but was allowed to enter the room, being let it remotely. Free parking on the street in front of the property. AC (a big plus). Good wifi. Several sockets by the bed. Well equipped, clean shared kitchen. Free coffee at any time. Good access to the city centre and railway station (trams 1 and 2), several buses. Within walking distance from the Mars Square market and the Árkád shopping mall. A minimarket across the street from Rókus Church.
The neighborhood somewhat run down (not the fault of the property, and otherwise secure).

Mosógép, szárítógép, mikró, evőeszköz, vasaló a szálláson elérhető. Klíma külön a helyiségekben, egyénileg állítható. Könnyű bejutás, kártyás ajtónyitó rendszer.
Kicsi a zuhanyfej és a zuhanykabin. A fürdőszobai elszívó ha kikapcsolod sok idő mire leáll, egyik éjszaka végig ment, hiába kapcsoltuk ki. A "franciaágy" két egyszemélyes ágy volt, ami könnyen szétcsúszott. Kisebb volt élőben mint fotón, de nem szűkös.

Belvárosi, mégis csendes környék, jó megközelíthetőség és parkolás. Tiszta, modern, jól felszerelt szállás, kényelmes ággyal. A vendéglátóm kedves, udvarias úriember.
Nem nagyon tudok ilyet mondani. Talán az ágy elé jobb lenne kevésbé csúszkáló szőnyeget tenni.
