Velmi příjemný pobyt. Personál byl přátelský a vstřícný, v hotelu panovala příjemná atmosféra. Pokoj byl čistý, pohodlný a klidný. Hotel mohu určitě doporučit.

vriendelijke mensen. Ontbijt was top. Leuk binnen zwembad- ook volgens mijn dochters van 14 jaar oud. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding super. Avondeten ook erg lekker en natuurlijk betaalbaar bier. Mooie bosachtige omgeving waar je veel activiteiten zoals rodelen, klimparken, fietsen, wandelen, etcetera. Parkeren geen probleem. Rustig in het hotel. Wij hadden een gezinskamer die lekker ruim was opgezet.

- we were in the second building and the only path to it was on a slope full of ice and it was slippery. I fell. I asked the receptionist to do something about it. She said she would ask the technicien but nothing was done about it.
- the service at the restaurant was very slow. (I understand they were short staffed). The staff was actually really nice.
- I would not recommend this hotel if you do not speak English/German. The waiter spoke English but the reception either couldn't or did not want to. She kept talking to my husband in Czech with absolutely no regards for me even though I was the one asking the questions. Most of the informational documents are in CZ/De except for the survey.
- the restaurant only has 2 vegetarian options (one of which is salad with ham!)
