It was close to everything. The host Antonio was friendly and helpful. The room was modern and clean, it was nice to have an outdoor area, and great location to beach and train station, and everything you need.

Location is great, 15 mins to the beach, 7 mins to city center, modern rooms, very clean, nice patio ( we didn't use it ) but it had all, chairs, table, clothes rack, and deckchairs. AC was good, communication with the property manager Antonio was fast and he is friendly and helpful. We also paid for our rental car to be at the private parking space, 20 euros per day, 450 meters away from the property, but we found it very reasonable price.
The fridge wasn't cooling enough.
A tray in the shower would be a bonus to be able to place your personal belongings for wash.
Iron didn't work properly unfortunately, but it's a minor issue.

it’s an amazing accomodation! i really recommend it, it was really clean, close to the beach and the city. Antonio was an amazing host as well. he told us everything and even sent a recommendation about places, beaches and restaurants. overall it was a beautiful stay and i really recommend it!

Alloggio impeccabile a due passi dal centro. Struttura completamente nuova e pulita e il proprietario gentilissimo e alla mano. Consiglio vivamente la proprietà per chiunque voglia vivere l’esperienza calabrese nel comfort e nel lusso a due passi dal centro e dalle principali attrazioni!
Forse sarebbe comoda una doccia/rubinetto per sciacquarsi piedi una volta tornati dalla spiaggia
