Todo me gustó. Buena atención, lugar súper céntrico, las habitaciones bellas, cómodas y limpias. Realmente es un lugar al que volvería.

Buen hospedaje al precio

El trato del personal, desde el inicio hasta después de haber entregado la tarjeta de la habitación nos trataron bien

Las paredes están muy delgadas y se escucha el ruido del pasillo y de las habitaciones de a lado

Llegue antes del check in al hotel y me atendieron super bien en recepción, quisiera agradecer a Araceli que arreglo mi estancia para poder quedarme en la misma habitación ambos días y adicional a ello me proporciono mi habitación desde que llegue :)

HÔTEL À ÉVITER !!

Hôtel propre avec un supermarché à proximité ainsi qu’une laverie à disposition.

- Présence de GROS CAFARDS dans la chambre qui rentre par les trous des flexibles des toilettes !!!!!!!!!!! - l’emplacement de l’hôtel est un point de rendez-vous pour les prostitués : hôtel à éviter pour les familles !!!!!! - Une des réceptionnistes pas du tout sympa : elle a refusé de nous réimprimer le ticket du petit déjeuner sans le refacturer alors qu’elle a elle même encaissé le payement lors du check-in

CANNOT recommend, especially if you're black.

Breakfast was ok.

Terrible reception desk (except for one girl). I would not recommend this place to black travelers. They don't like you and are not shy about it. It seems Mexico has a very long way to go regarding race relations. This place is a prime example of that.

excelente limpieza, diario arreglan y si necesitas algo enseguida te apoyan, me dejaron llevarme mi desayuno sin tema, me dan cupones de descuento por ser cliente, son amables y atentos, la red de wifi nunca me falla.

el cuarto individual es caluroso, y a veces el desayuno no esta tan rico, pero hay opciones.

Buena relación calidad precio

No es la primera vez que me quedo aquí. Me gusta que es un hotel familiar y cómodo, aún y cuando se encuentra en una calzada donde hay muchas sexoservidoras. Con fácil acceso al Metro y la relación calidad - precio me parece muy buena.

Al parecer están dejando de darle el mantenimiento adecuado. Antes todo me parecía muy bien con sus instalaciones pero eventualmente me han tocado problemas con aire acondicionado, puertas que no cierran a la perfección, problemas con el sanitario y ahora encontré una cucaracha de esas muy pequeñas en el área del lavamanos; la fruta del desayuno también la están descuidando pues ya no es tan buena ni tan fresca como antes, inclusive ARN las últimas dos ocasiones me han tocado pedazos que saben mal como si no sirvieran. Tampoco me parece que las personas de recepción critiquen a otras personas: me tocó ver que una pareja quería una habitación y cuando les dijeron la tarifa como de 1000 aprox se les hizo caro y se fueron, entonces las de recepción comentaron a modo de burla esa situación.

Precio justo para un cómodo alojamiento

Excelente servicio, personal amigable. Contaba con desayuno y en el lobby había maquinas de vending para la noche. Cuenta con parqueadero y esta junto a un Walmart y una estación de metro. La limpieza increíble, las habitaciones amplias ,cómodas y silenciosas

Los jalapeño en los huevos, aunque había mas variedad de desayuno :D

It was comfy and seemed clean. Blanca was able to accommodate to our needs as a group.

Si buscas limpieza, es el lugar adecuado

Es un buen lugar, muy limpio, con excelente ubicación, apesar de estar en una de las principales avenidas no se escuchaba ruido en la habitación. Las camas son cómodas, las almohadas confortables. En la habitación había una televisión de 50 pulgadas con canales de cable. El desayuno incluido cubre con las expectativas es variado; solo el café podría mejorar porque sabía a quemado.

Рядом Wallmart. Приветливый персонал.

1. Завтрак - это кошмар!!! Одно и то же меню, которое состояло из холодного омлета, сосисок в какой-то жиже, какой-то красной острой жижи и зеленой острой жижи на протяжении всех 7 дней! Всё. Из фруктов папайя и неспелая дыня. Выпечка вкусная. Кипятка для чая нет! Чтобы попить чай сотрудница предложила погреть воду в микроволновке. Пришлось ездить завтракать в город. 2. Очень холодно спать. Одеял нормальных нет. Вместо них простыня и тонкий пледик. Попросили на ресепшене одеяло, дали по две доп простыни. 3. В 3 минутах от отеля почти сразу после Волмарта начинаются девушки легкого поведения, которые стоят там начиная с самого утра. Не критично, но не особо приятно.

Goed hotel om te overnachten voordat je een vlucht naar huis neemt.

Wij hebben voor dit hotel gekozen omdat het een goede verbinding met de luchthaven, maar ook met het centrum heeft. Dichtbij de metro en voldoende taxi's aanwezig.

Was prima voor ons. Geen tegenvallers.

Buena relación costo beneficio

Sin tanto lujo ofrece lo necesario y satisface la necesidad de alojamiento seguro, cómodo y a un precio aceptable. La pantalla de TV de muy buena calidad, las opciones de programación y streaming que ofrece son bastante diversas y seguro tienes algo que ver mientras descansas un rato en la cama. El desayuno sencillo pero agradable, cumple con su objetivo Limpio y trato amable del personal

Las habitaciones no están bien insonorizadas, si te toca con vista a la calzada el ruido si llega a ser incómodo

Habitación limpia y comoda, bien ubicada.

llegue 1PM y pude ocupar la habitación hasta las 3PM y desocupar a las 12PM, debería ser entrar a las 12PM y desocupar al día siguiente mismo horario o entrar 3PM y poder desocupar hasta esa hora del siguiente día.

Pleasant

Not bad for the money but rooms are too hot in spring / summer without air condition. I recommend to book a suite.

WiFi ist too slow for nearly everything. No storage of luggage longer possible than a day.

Cleanliness, of the place ,and the security of the building nice water flow hot and cold for showers friendly staff, walking distance from a store walmart in case you need to shop for something, near by star bucks,pizza etc.

That they don't have a fridge or iron to iron clothes or fridge to keep cold snacks or water cool....don't have a restaurant menu in case want to have something to eat after breakfast .

- the room was very good (clean, spacious, comfortable) - Smart TV - big shower - air conditioner - friendly and professional staff

- location next to a noisy street with heavy traffic - located in a "zona rosa" - quite far away from many attractions - breakfast options quite limited - breakfast area gets crowded very quickly - some breakfast tables were quite dirty
