What an excellent hotel. The value for the room is incredible, because it is a very large room, with a very large bed, and it also has a very beautiful design, with stained glass and thick wood, it gives an impression of antiquity. The building itself is gorgeous, and the restaurant is very convenient, with a decent variety of menu items. I am a very tall person, staying here with my elderly father, who is also very tall, and we were able to afford two rooms at the rate, which were very comfortable, and kept fresh daily with bottles of water and also an extra blanket for my father. The hotel does not have heating, due to the older design, but the blankets were very sufficient. There is some noise from just street traffic, but it was fully quiet always by midnight. The location is great for using an Uber or taking the Metro to go the historic center museums, and many other locations. The hotel also has a good family atmosphere. Extremely consistent and strong hot water and pressure.
I think the Wifi could have been better. It worked for my phone, but not so great on my laptop. My laptop could connect and do email, load some basic web pages, but it was not able to stream a video. But it did work well enough for me to get my online computer tasks done.

Nice rooms, nice service
The jacuzzi in our room was not well cleaned. There was hair. For tall persons( i am 190cm) the bed is a bit too small but it was okay.

El hotel tiene un diseño vintage interesante y una estética con bastante personalidad.
Me gustó especialmente la zona del lavabo del baño, con un estilo retro muy bonito.
Las ventanas eran grandes y ofrecían buenas vistas de la ciudad.
La ducha tenía una presión excelente, probablemente uno de los aspectos más destacados de la habitación.
El personal fue amable y atento.
El colchón era demasiado duro. Después de un par de noches empecé a despertarme con dolor de espalda.
La conexión a internet fue muy deficiente. La red que no era 5G prácticamente no funcionaba, y la red 5G era intermitente. En 2026, un hotel debería ofrecer una conexión rápida y estable en todas sus instalaciones.
Aunque había una silla y un mueble que podía utilizarse como escritorio, en realidad era más parecido a una cómoda y no ofrecía suficiente espacio para trabajar cómodamente.
La distribución del baño era extraña, especialmente porque el inodoro estaba escondido detrás de la puerta.
Había muy pocos enchufes en la habitación.
La iluminación era bastante oscura, algo que también han mencionado otros huéspedes.
El restaurante no ofrecía servicio el domingo por la mañana. Entiendo que no esté abierto todo el tiempo, pero un hotel debería ofrecer alguna opción de desayuno para sus huéspedes.
Aunque personalmente no tuve problemas en la zona, algunas personas que no conozcan la Ciudad de México podrían considerarla un poco insegura o poco agradable.
En general, me pareció algo caro por lo que ofrece. He estado en hoteles mejores por menos dinero, y aquí faltan varias comodidades básicas y modernas.
