Come enjoy the beauty of Texas Hill Country and Lake Travis less than 30min from downtown Austin! Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Bed Bathroom 1: Full Bathroom with standup shower Bathroom 2: Full Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo The kitchen is fully stocked with just about everything you'll need for cooking meals, entertaining, and gathering with a large dining table for 8. The kitchen is fully has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, oven, stove, and refrigerator. You'll find plenty of glassware, plates, pots, pans, and spices. Relax in the living room after a long day outdoors and enjoy cable television and plenty of DVDs for those nights you'll want to just stay in and spend quality time with family. The home has high-speed wifi throughout! The large outdoor deck overlooks Lake Travis and the local Marina where you’ll hear the hum of the boats and often live music from the marina as you enjoy stunning views from the beautifully landscaped property. While there is no direct lake access from here, access to the Marina to launch and store your boat is a short 4 minute walk away. The deck offers ample seating for gathering while throwing some burgers on the propane grill. This is a relaxed yet upbeat lake community filled with a blend of vacation homes and longterm permanent local residents who have passed the homes down several generations. We are located within a 20 minute drive to several award winning Texas Hill Country wineries including Spicewood Vineyards, El Gaucho Winery, and Stonehouse Vineyard. For those looking to enjoy beautiful hiking and biking trails in the hill country you won't want to miss Reimers Ranch and Hamilton Pool located just 30 minutes away. The Hill Country Galleria is nearby offering some of the best retail shopping, fine dining restaurants and family friendly events. We are located less than 2 miles from Pace Bend Park. There are several nearby restaurants and multiple convenient stores for various provisions. The Marina right in the cove offers boat launch access, boat / jet ski rentals and emergency services for an added convenience. You'll need your own vehicle to get around. We reserve the right to remove guests without refund for violating these house rules, misuse of the space as a short-term lodging accommodation, or conduct that disturbs the general peace and comfort of other guests, managers, property caretakers, and homeowners. 1. Property has a septic system. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or “flushable” wipes should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages exceeding $1,000.00 USD. 2. Parents/Guardians must closely supervise their toddlers and children at all times. 3. No Pets. The security deposit (also called “damage deposit”) will automatically become forfeited and guests may be asked to leave without refund if the pet cannot be relocated. We are happy to provide pet sitter recommendations! 4. No Unregistered Guests. Please abide by occupancy limits. People other than those set forth above may not be on the property at any given time. Any person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. If there are more guests than disclosed in the Rental Party, Guest will be charged $50 per additional guest for each day of the reservation and all guests may be evicted without refund and a $250.00USD service fee. 5. The property is privately owned; the homeowners and/or property manager are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any loss or harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 6. The Homeowners, Bonhost LLC and its representatives are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. There is a $25 fee plus cost of shipping to return items left behind if found. 7. No illegal substances are to be used, sold, or distributed on the property. 8. No parties and/or loud music. Please respect the neighbors and their privacy. The property is equipped with a noise monitoring system. Excessive noise may result in termination of your stay without refund and a $250.00USD service fee. 9. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If any furniture is moved, please move it back to its original position upon checkout. 10. Smoking is allowed outside only. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the outdoor trash. You will be charged $500.00USD if we suspect smoking indoors and additional remediation expenses may be imposed. 11. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Unplug after use. Ensure the stove and oven are completely turned off after each use (make sure knobs are in the off position). 12. Practice safety at all times. 13. Parking: Please refer to house manual for parking instructions. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 14. Housekeeping: Please keep the home tidy and follow checkout procedures. There is no daily housekeeping service. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. 15. Checkout is at 11AM. Late checkouts may be subject to a $50/hr fee as we often have new guests arriving and schedule cleaners to arrive soon after 11AM. 16. Weather, Disease, Acts of God and Unforeseen Circumstances: Bonhost LLC, homeowner, and their respective representatives, are not liable for any inconveniences, delays or Guests inability to access a unit as a result of any temporary or permanent issues which arise from weather, construction, road closures or conditions, natural disasters, reasons for travel including the cancelation of events or conferences, government orders, diseases, pandemics, viruses, illnesses, closings, pollution or other acts of God which are beyond Bonhost LLC’s control. No refunds will be given for any inconveniences, delays or cancellations due to, but not limited to, aforementioned conditions. We encourage Guest to purchase a travel insurance policy that will allow you to cancel for any reason. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Please note this home has quiet hours from 10pm-7am as the neighbors have small children. This is a nice cabin overlooking the marina. Clean and cozy with a nice backyard area with fire pit and great views. TV is limited but there are many DVDs to watch. The only problem we had was regulating house temperature, it was hot in second floor bedrooms but cold on bottom floor. Overall, a good value and close to many fun things to do.

I rented this home for a family Thanksgiving with people ranging in age from 5 years to 86 years of age. This house was perfect, spotless clean and the kitchen was complete enough that I was able to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. Bre was easy to make contact with and was responsive to questions. My grandchildren loved the fire pit, making smores and running around the grounds as well as playing the games that are available in the home. We were all comfortable and had a great quality family holiday. Will definitely stay here again if we need to rent in the area in the future.
