The Dawn Condominium Association has received the Galveston Condominium Complex Award for 2023. Spectacular view of Gulf of Mexico beach and the Dawn’s own Swimming pool scenery from Living room, master bedroom and from the condo’s balcony. The Dawn’s lush landscaping and easy access to the beach provide the perfect backdrop to your tropical getaway, The Dawn has also two gorgeous swimming pools, one of them HEATED, BBQ areas and an awesome workout facility. The Condo is Located on 3rd (top) floor with high ceilings in the living room. (No elevator) It has 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, all with beach view, and accommodates up to six guests. (queen sofa bed in living room) Light , bright and airy, the up to date condominium has an open concept living/dining with a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, large fridge with ice-maker, electric stove, dishwasher and microwave oven. Guests may also use the full size washer/dryer located in the large walk-in laundry room of the kitchen. Condo has high speed WIFI. 50” flat screen TV In Living room and TV’s in both bedrooms. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Highchair for the little one and board games for the whole family. This property will consider weekly/monthly rentals during the off season at a lower rent, please contact us for more details. Parking is convenient, right in front of condo building. $40.89 for 1-3 days , (4 and more days for $50) payable upon arrival at the Dawns office to receive parking pass (per car / stay) and swimming pool bands. The new widened Babes' beach is just across the road, which features beach umbrellas for rent and lifeguards on Duty. Two fishing piers off the beachfront (lightened up at night) are close by Close to grocery stores and restaurants BBQ Grill- Charcoal Community Pools Fitness Center Attractions Moody Gardens and the Schlitterbahn are just a couple of minutes away. Enjoy the many restaurants available on the island. Explore the historic town of Galveston with its many museums and historic houses. Galveston offers a lot of attractions like Jet boat rides, sunset cruises, and numerous other attractions. We were happy from the moment we got there. Very nicely kept condo complex and well-maintained grounds. Beautiful, immaculate condo unit that overlooked the pool and straight out to the Gulf. We parked right outside the unit and my family went straight into the unit while I went to the office to get the parking tag. Highly recommend this condo and would stay there again.

Great property and excellence location in Galveston. The condo was very clean, organized, and had all the comforts of home. It was great to have a full size washer and dryer. I have nothing negative to say. The experience was great. Just one tip the hot water heater is small as most are in condos. Just space out multiple showers by 15 minutes and the problem is solved.

Place was great and exactly as listed in the post. Location was perfect - with close proximity to the beach and a cross walk light right there to cross Seawall Blvd. The heated pool was a plus do to the cool weather. Would stay here again.

The condo comfortably accommodated 5 adults and 1 infant. Although there was a storm the day we arrived and the pool heater broke the condo maintenance worked quickly to get the pool up and going!! Timely communication with host made the stay enjoyable!!

The condo is beautifully furnished and in a great location. It is very clean and has little extras such as soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bath and coffee in the kitchen. Such great extras just make it over the top. Karin is super informative about all the details, makes check in a breeze. Would stay here every time!

This property was ideal for our purposes. When we wanted to go to the beach, it was a two minute walk. When we wanted to just sit on the balcony and watch the waves crash ashore, we could do that as well, with a great view. The unit is nicely furnished with everything we needed and everything was very clean and organized. Being a gated community, we felt very safe and secure, which is always a plus as well. Highly recommended!

The condo was in a perfect location across from the beach with a short walk across Seawall Blvd. It is located on the third floor but the stairs were not a problem. Parking was available near the stairs. The view from the condo was beautiful! The kitchen was stocked adequately and had delicious coffee. The living area was comfortable for TV viewing and visiting. The mattresses were not as comfortable as we expected. Shining security lights in both bedroom windows made it too light for our sleeping preference. We would have preferred blackout curtains or shades on all bedroom windows. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The host was kind and responsive.

We were just here for one night before a cruise. We had a great time and really loved the unit. We were right by walmart, which was nice since we ended up going 3 times in one day. The unit has a view of the pool and the gulf. Internet was down at the office, so they made you do a kind of odd process on your phone to buy a parking pass. That was the only hiccup on our whole stay and really only took maybe 10 minutes and we were good to go. We will definitely look for this property again the next time we're in Galveston.

We stayed 2 days at this property and just giving it 5 stars isn’t enough. The house was nice and clean, kitchen fully equipped, and a two minute walk to the beach. The only problem we had was the TV in the second bedroom wouldn’t work. It was late when figured this out so we didn’t make an issue of this. We enjoyed our stay, would stay again and definitely recommend. Thank you❤️

Late Spring stay with spouse and 2-year-old son. Clean, nice condo right across from the Seawall. Easy walk to beach access and easy in/out with vehicle. Utilized pool that is visible in listing photos and pool was clean and well maintained. All appliances worked as expected. Excellent communication before, during, and following stay. Look forward to returning in future years!
